So I have a sensitive stomach to spice. I asked for mild but the woman in front of me asked for spicy. The guy cooking didn’t come close to keeping our orders apart and I ended up with one helluva hot meal. To make matters worse. I asked if I could get a little teri sauce added at the end, since they no longer have squeeze bottles out on the counter. The cook said to ask the cashier and the cashier said “NO”. REALLY! Was it too much to ask for? Unreal!!!!!

Service was ok, the guy cooking was wack he gets a thumbs down after cooking my 15.99 food he leaves the box open. You can’t close the box giving the bare minimum in terms of customer service. Cashier came and brought tape so my box wouldn’t open while traveling home. I also had to ask for fork and napkin, which should be a given. Not coming back there’s plenty of Mongolian BBQ places in LA. I don’t have to pay this amount of money for poor service.
