I called ahead and a lady named Misty helped explain what all I could get gluten free.
When we got there, there were 2 ahead of us waiting for their order, and the 2 workers were also fixing carry out orders which seemed liked they had a lot of. We stood a few minutes waiting for someone to approach the counter but not too long.
They showed me the two different noodles for gluten free. I ordered gluten free grilled chicken alfredo and it was very good. My friend ordered a shrimp dish with regular pasta and said hers was very good.
She ordered large for both of us and it was more than enough and we had enough for our supper. It was $31.00 for the two meals and with a drink.
Good flavor, good texture.
I will definitely be back. Misty came to our table to make sure everything was okay, she was very pleasant and told us about meal deals.
5 tables seat 2 , one table seats 4. And another in the middle of room seats six if I recall . Most people were getting their orders to go. If I had to complain about something, the music was way too loud and it was quite chilly in there.

We came in at 8:50 and the cook started talking trash. Very disappointed in the atmosphere and the service at the north Maize location. Our 11 year old was kinda freaked out and no employee should ever act out this way when their job is to serve someone. As a business owner I am very disappointed. If you don’t like your job or you don’t want to work then you should just stay home.

Every time we order from here the order is incorrect in some way. Either missing extra meat we paid extra for, missing a cookie, etc.

I’m a pasta fanatic. If you also enjoy pasta, this place is certainly worth checking out. This was my 2nd time there. Both experiences were pleasant and enjoyable. On this occasion, I had take out, for my lunch the next afternoon. It was every bit as good as if I’d eaten it right there.

I just had the WORST experience and i am BEYOND upset AND disappointed. An employee name Misty just slammed the pick up window in my face. I work at a salon down the steeet and customer service is TOP PRIORITY so this just flabbergasts me I made an order for pick ip instead of delivery,my fault,i call the store Misty answers i explain the situation and that this js a treat to come here and i was concerned the food would not be fresh being as it sat for almsot 45 minutes in their warmer window. She advised me to give it a good stir because it os OBVIOUSLY completely dried out and i told her i didnt have time its my lunch break and if she could PLEASE replace the 2 entrees and thats when she slammed the window what i felt in my face. VERY disappointed this is not how we treat our guests because thats exactly what i am .

I really like noodles and co, but recently this location has been mid in terms of service. Its slow and not very welcoming.
Also a lot of the customization isn’t allowed anymore apparently? The fun part of going here is picking your noodles and your sauce, but now you can only substitute a select few pastas. And you can’t mix sauces anymore either. I don’t know how I will be able to go on without my udon noodles with rosa sauce. I’m crushed. Two stars get to stay for taste, because things taste fine.
