Customer service was great here. This whole place had the smell of fresh bagels and fresh donuts. Tried both and it tasted fresh too. Coffee and espresso tasted great too. They also have an ice cream section in the baskin and Robin section but didnt try that.

Imagine paying $19 for a 50 count munchkin bucket and only getting 32 and you get told (we’re making buckets with every other and we’ve been very busy) like sorry but that’s not an excuse. Coffee that is supposed to be cold is hot and coffee that is hot tastes like water and sugar mixed together. Asked for a refund for the remaining munchkins and get told they can’t do that.

New clean location! Service was prompt, quick and friendly which was exactly what we expected. The Interior and exterior of this location were clean. Our breakfast sandwiches were good, and then iced coffee was even better!

This location continues to fail all expectations and is just all around lazy. They always forget items in the order, always running out of things, I don’t even know why they would waste time to put cream cheese on a bagel. I keep losing out on money when shopping here. I’m very big on not blaming workers cause it’s not their faults 9/10 but truthfully this can’t be anyone else’s.

I learned a lesson today, never go here on your way to work. I decided to swing by this location instead of Starbucks because that line is literally in the street in the mornings. Big mistake. The service was extremely slow. They ran out of coffee and had to brew more…How is that possible when you’re literally in the coffee business plus its morning time like why would you let it run out?? I waited so long for them to brew more that it made me late for work. Got to work and bit into the everything bagel and it was so hard it almost took a tooth out!! I’ll stick with Starbucks.

I’d give it 0 stars at least the past 3 months. They can’t make a consistent coffee to save their life. My drink order is always the same. I know what color my drink should be as I’ve been a Dunkin customer way before this location existed. The past 3 months all they give you is a cup of cream, it seems like they think everyone wants a cup of sugar and cream. Additionally this morning the girl rolled her eyes at me when I told her its not correct. And they “fixed” my drink and it was still NO coffee. Their excuse is they have new people, honey yall have had new people for 3-4 months so at this point it’s a TRAINING issue along with Managament not caring.

Our drinks was too watered down and wiithout normal toppings. Diiti said she was the “manager on shift” got an attitude immediately and worsened after she was asked for them to be added.. The real problem is the managers attitude & her unwillingness to fix them. 13$ wasted. Threwi them away. Not worth drinking.

Uuuh yeah, if your stores hours are till 10pm then your store should be able to fulfill a simple order. 9:20 pm shelves are stone cold emptied of any donuts, as if the store is closed already. Just ridiculous. And people wonder why businesses are closing
