Great breakfasts and coffee from adjoining Deja Brew. Can’t beat the location. My wife and I both ordered items that we would not normally order, namely the cheddar cheese grits and chilled overnight oats. Both were absolutely fabulous and I would highly suggest trying them, especially if this is also not your normal go-to. Note, the fried egg on the grits was fried easy, so if that’s not your style, I’m sure they can adjust.

Nothing beats having dinner at the back porch then breakfast at the stockroom, and sip a cup of coffee at Deja Brew. Very healthy and tasty food, great and refreshing cucumber salad, awesome coffee whether it’s cappuccino or iced coffee with their homemade syrup. The Fishcake is amazing!!! A must try for Seafood lovers. We had breakfast and lunch here two days in a roll during the Ocrafolk festival. Will keep coming back every time we visit Ocracoke!

Healthy breakfast options with the best harbor view! Delicious food, and a delightful ambience. You can watch the boats Bob and the birds dive for fish. If you came to this island to get away from the hustle of the city (duh, this is why you came), then eat breakfast here on your first morning. They have a full service coffee/barista setup too.

I normally get the breakfast burrito but the grits bowl was phenomenal! Fresh, bold flavors and the grits were cooked perfectly (very important!). This one one of my favorite places to visit while on the island. If you’re looking for a delicious, reasonably priced, quaint little place to grab breakfast or lunch, then you should try it!!

We couldn’t wait to try this place, and thankfully they opened for the season before our vacation ended.
First of all, the location is awesome. The views of Silver Lake and the Lighthouse from their porch are second to none.
As for the food….we loved it. My wife had the Thai chicken and I had the spicy spam fried rice. Yes I said spam and it was fantastic. We also had breakfast burritos on our last day and they were terrific as well.
We ate at most every restaurant on the island last week and had a lot of amazing food. But when I asked my wife on our drive home…”what was the best thing you ate while on Ocracoke?”, she said …”Stockroom Thai chicken”. There isn’t much more I can say after that.
Great food. Great people. Great view.

We decided to split the breakfast burrito. The pico on the burrito was so fresh and delicious. The breakfast sausage had so much flavor. It is a great pairing with the coffee shop next door. You also can’t beat the atmosphere, since it sits right off the water.
