The service was excellent! The food was good. I love their bread. I was so soft and fluffy ❤️ and it’s stuffed full of meat and cheese. Jersey Mikes in my opinion, is slightly better than Cousins Subs, but I do wish they had more toppings like spinach and olives etc. because that bread and meat deserves veggies. The atmosphere is nothing special just a sandwich shop. Nothing adorning the walls that caught my eye or made me stop for a second look. Over all solid place to go when your in need of a mealwich lol

Had terrible service on 06-27-25 around 4 pm. Would not make the sub the way I ordered it. Wanted to leave, but my wife insisted that we stay and pay. Sub was totally wrong. Heard the young man at the grill say to a coworker…”I make things the way I want…I’m cooking.” Overall, very poor experience.

Another Jersey Mike’s, another great experience. Seriously, I don’t know what they put in the employees water but having been to a few JM locations I have never had such consistently cool workers to deal with. the staff at this store were smiling and joking with customers all while being slammed and handling it like pros. The subs themselves are deli style but taste amazingly fresh (the meat for mine was cut fresh as it was being made) and are priced decent. This is officially my favorite chain now and I hope they come to Hartford as I only get to eat here when I travel for work. Highly recommended!!!!!

A decent sub you can get anywhere with the franchisee system they have going. I don’t like how they just ask “Mike’s Way?” to avoid going through all the ingredients so you have to ask them to add other stuff. They shut off the drink machine so I couldn’t get a refill. Overall a reliable sub and service, but nothing to write home about.

My Brother and I have been meaning to try it out for awhile now, we did an order pick up, the store was very clean and neat it smelled good, the three guys that were working June 22nd around 330pm were super friendly, also for the first time ever having Jersey Mike’s the food was excellent! We will be coming back!
