I unapologetically proclaim that the Dave’s Double at Wendy’s is one of my favorite fast food burgers. It’s just absolutely perfect every time. And for about $8, it is a far better bargain than Shake Shack or Five Guys.
Today, at this Franklin location was no exception. It was just as delicious as every other Dave’s Double I’ve had. My service was pretty good, but I’m taking a star away because I witnessed an employee being short and rude to another customer just because the customer was asking about her order. Not cool.

I had hair in my fries. The first piece I thought had to be a mistake, but TWO??!! And it was wrapped around my fries.
I called to talk to the manager and she could not have cared less. Very unprofessional!
Told me it wasn’t possible cause the girl had a cap on. All I know is what I see in front of me. Hair in my food that’s not mine. GROSS!

Tell me why I have to wait 25 minutes for 10 miserable chicken nuggets. And they’re sneaky with it too because they make you pull around so the cameras don’t catch how lazy these people are. This is ridiculous. Staff doesn’t even know basic manners. When someone says hello, try saying hello back, or just any words in general at this point. I go inside to check after 25 minutes and they’re just sitting there doing nothing. My order was on the screen and they hadn’t even started it.

I’ve tried going here 3 different times to get breakfast since it opened. All 3 times no other vehicle in drive through and you get no response. As I’m pulling out an employee with a headset is in the dinning room playing on their phone. You can make this up. How this place is in business I have no idea.

With no one in front of me, empty place. Took them 8min to start my order. I ordered 2 items. Took them 13min to hand it to me. Yes. Only 1 person in kitchen. 1 person at drive thru and 2 crew members on break. Still should not have took 8 min to start my order when the place is empty and should not have took 5min for 2 simple items. No hustle whats so ever. The 2 guys that ordered 1 min behind me got their food 6min after me. Wow. Friendly guys but this is not the service I expect from Wendy’s.

Nice to have a Wendy’s on Columbia Ave! It wasn’t too busy when we arrived, mostly drive thru orders from the look of it. We were quickly greeted, ordered and got our food. The dining room is clean and actively maintained. Our order was hot and accurate.
The weather may be hot but the Frosty was good and cold!

hate going to give wendys another try but every single morning before i get to work i go through the drive thru i see them working inside but they choose to ignore you and wait until you leave so they don’t do anything. if you don’t want to work then dont. dont go here in the morning or heck even at all its wendys
