Believe the one start reviews!!!! Im almost convinced that most positive reviews must be people the franchise owners know or the staff. Because there’s no way. They are eating five stars.
We ordered mobile. Waited 20 minutes for the order. Food was either luke warm or cold. $50 order shoved into one bag, crushing some of the tacos. Chalupas were either stale and hard as rocks or too soft as if not toasted at all. Baja blasts we got are diet not regular, you can taste the artificial sweetener. A taco is so soggy it fused to the paper. I asked for a refund, they told me to contact the app but also told me that they made it fresh themselves. So if THIS is fresh, then we won’t be returning. They definitely don’t have enough staff and are trying to skimp on labor and then they fake the drive through times by asking people to park in the HANDICAP parking. Definitely will requesting a refund and avoiding this place.

Came here to see their hours and saw negative reviews. I got food there 4+ times every time was good. The first couple the girl at the register was awesome! She helped me make a steak quesarito as close as possible and it renewed my love for Taco bell. I wouldn’t be back if I couldn’t do it. Service food and everything was on point. Thanks

Order was made wrong. There was no sauce on the pizza. There was a piece of steak on a black bean chalupa. The people are amazing but this is the second time with wrong order.

Very poor service and food was lousy. The food was stall and smells bad, when we want to customer service he reheated and give it back. After we told him that it smells same, he laughed at say how do you know by smelling it’s bad.

Walked in with NOBODY ELSE in the restaurant. Ordered 4 items on the kiosk. Patiently waited…..6 more customer come in and are being served before me. 30 minutes go by now I have to say something. I asked the lady why my name wasn’t called when I can see my bag ready to go. She informs me that Mobile orders have to be asked for…. Clearly wasn’t a mobile order. She proceeds to look at me like I have 3 heads. No apology, or “sorry for the wait” no words what so ever. Just hands me the bag and walks away. What kind of customer service is that? The service here is consistently awful every time.

Great taco bell! Im local, stopped by for lunch during work and I was shocked how clean this location is! Ac vents look new, tables are all wiped. Food was fresh and delicious. Reviewers who complain that food arrived cold or hard or late need to try to visit this place.

It almost seems like the employees are trying to sabotage this business. 4/4 orders have been wrong, the last order someone placed an used napkin inside my order, it appears they wiped a counter with it and placed inside my bag.
