This was amazing! I got the hibachi chicken with a side of noodles and crab ragoon and a big cup of yum yum sauce. It was definitely the best yum yum sauce I’ve ever had. The location is right outside a brewery with outdoor seating and walking around activity.

It was ok, chicken was cooked well, it was all very bland though. Heaps of bland rice, very few veggies. Thank goodness I asked for extra ginger dipping sauce for the potstickers and had sriracha in my car. Potstickers had nice flavor but zero crunch. Wish I’d tried the taco truck next door

Service was ok but definitely the food was so bad and ill explain why i ordered chicken hibachi with fried rice and the rice just had salt pepper and some soy sauce in it and tasted very bland and not good at all and then the chicken was just cut up chicken that only had salt and pepper on it and was undercooked i couldn’t even eat 1 piece of chicken so bad never coming again

Walked up and saw a lady that looked like my mom, so I thought the food was going to be absolutely amazing. The disappointment when I took a bite and it was just bang average. Rated it 4 stars because the non-seasoners would probably like it. Lady was nice, gave my daughter a toy duck. Area was also nice.

I’m used to paying out the nose for really good food-truck food. I was pleasantly surprised that this place’s prices were much less expensive than what I’m used to paying. In addition, the food was excellent. It was, what I figured, typical hibachi fare; some fried rice, hibachi plates, sushi, fries appetizers, etc. The food was cooked and seasoned very well and the oil was light, which I appreciated.
We had the bang-bang shrimp, a hibachi shrimp plate and a hibachi vegetable plate. They were all excellent. The veggies tasted very fresh and the shrimp were perfect. The breading on the bang-bang shrimp was light and crispy instead of being overly breaded and mushy.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hibachi truck if they don’t mind sitting outside.
