Welcoming environment and friendly staff. Drinks were made well with plenty of jellies. We ordered #6 fruit addict and 2 of Bambu favorite #10. Love how there are different options of drinks from mangonadas, regular boba drinks, halo-halo, and even cooked items that are not found in the Stockton Blvd. Bambu location. We are local in Elk Grove and are happy that we don’t have to drive so far to get our Bambu fix! Highly recommended

We ordered a panda waffle and Vietnamese coffee with jelly. Bf thought it was bitter so we asked for the extra pump of condense milk. We started coming to this location because South Sac was too far to drive. I’m so glad they have one in Elk Grove. Not only do they offer all the drinks, but really good service as well. They will give you recommendations based on what you like. We usually order #10 with taro and one of the Halo Halo’s. Although you pay $9.50 for Halo Halo, they’re not skimpy with their toppings, so I think it’s worth it. But the drinks could be a slightly bigger size. $6-7 a drink is pretty pricey for the size they give you. But because of the good service I still give them a 5. First time here expecting the same quality and service from the prior owners Boba Tea House. My taro milk tea was gritty and had a strange taste, I asked for less ice and they did not fill my cup to the top. My husband ordered no ice and his drink was literally 3/4 full. When asked where the rest of his drink was that he didn’t have ice. His strawberry milk tea was also below par. We will not be going back. Overpriced and low quality. Very disappointing.

Alright whatever bambu favorite (coconut milk with topping) is, that’s crack. I got the bambu special to try out and it’s pretty refreshing but not really flavorful or sweet as the bambu favorite.
I highly recommend bambu favorite because it’s rich due to the coconut milk and all of the toppings are sweet WITH 260-310 CALORIES? SAY LESS

GO TO ANOTHER BAMBU STORE IF YOU CAN. Out of the 4 times I went there, my drinks had an artificial banana flavor twice (once for #1 and once for #13). I once voiced my dissatisfaction to the manager and he immediately got very defensive saying they do not serve non-fresh items. He did not offer to make another drink, which I thought was the bare minimum that any store would do if a customer said it tasted weird. Very disappointed in the service quality I received. Will not be returning to this store ever.

We came in for the Che day promotion and was even talking about it in front of the cashier, but she didn’t ring us up for it. I didnt get a receipt so I went up to ask the cashier to check if the promo applied and she said no claiming we had to specifically ask her to apply the 25% off promo and there’s nothing she can do about it. Terrible service!! I’m never coming back.
