Didn’t enjoy my pizza at all. I got the new one with the pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust and it wasn’t all that great. The cheese and pepperoni tasted cold inside the crust and I just personally didn’t like the pizza as a whole, wouldn’t get it again. Presentation was great! This pizza would probably be good to others, especially if you like stuffed crust!

Placed a family special online added a order of the cheese sticks the cook or cashier a older white lady at or around 9:57 was very rude and pretty much called me a liar about the sauce I ordered which was the marina instead I got ranch with my half cooked bread and under cooked pizza the works looked like it had the least amount of meat I ever seen and I mean slack on top of that a young guy was nodding out on the bench inside I guess no sleep or drugs but hey I’m not judging this was by far the worse I ever seen anyone in customer service anywhere I hope this review reaches customer service which I’m about to call

We always get papa John’s when we get pizza, they have always been good and they are consistent. Plus if you order online you get free papa dough which helps you save some money !!! Plus the employees here are always nice !

I drove from Shelby NC to Papa Johns on Floyd Baker last Sunday May 4th 2025.. Angela, the manager, handed me a half done pizza that I paid 15.00 for and argued with me that it was done cause she sent it through full cooking cycle. Finally, she cooked it more on the bottom and it looked like a real pizza. She always pretends to be nice but NEVER was. The pizza was delicious but the customer service was rotten and I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. NOT EVER. PAPAJOHNS IN SHELBY MAKES BETTER PIZZA AND THEY ARE KIND TO THE CUSTOMER. THAT IS WHERE I LIKE TO SPEND MY MONEY. CHRISTINE, AT THE FLOYD BAKER LOCATION IS WONDERFUL AND MAKES GREAT PIZZA.

Yall could add more cheese and sauce. My pizza you could see the bread on the entire pizza. It really was just bread. No sauce, dry, and no cheese. Whoever made our pizza just doesn’t care about the customers.
The stars I did give is for the lady who answered the phone when we made out order, she gets 5 stars. My husbands keeps saying he feels like he wasted $30 on this pizza because it just wasn’t good at all. It was sooo dry and no cheese or sauce. I feel like we were scammed out of our money. We didn’t get what we paid for.!

The young lady working 1145am June 16th did an excellent job. She was very pleasant and professional. The pizza was prepared quickly and exactly as ordered.

The pizza was great, but customer service is horrible. The guy working tonight was nice, but the woman there is so rude. I had a scouts card, which was supposed to give me a free 1 large 2 topping pizza with a purchase of another large 2 topping pizza. When I showed it to her, she rolled her eyes and said it was a misprint. I didn’t want what she said it was supposed to be, so I asked if they had any specials. She said no. So I told her I would order online since there was specials online. She just walked away. She has been working there for years, and honestly, I don’t know why they keep her. Just plain hateful.

Customer service at the Gaffney store is spot on! Store is clean and well maintained. The pizza has an amazing flavor. We also get a gluten free and the crust is one of the best I’ve had. We tried papa John’s after several terrible experiences with the dominoes but we will definitely never order pizza from anywhere but Papa John’s from now on.

Called on Sunday to place an order around 12:00pm. I was on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally got to place my order. The lady said it would take 45 minutes. I said okay and gave the lady my credit card information. She said your order will be ready at 2:15pm. I told the lady that is more than 45 minutes. I told her to cancel my order. Called Domino’s pizza and it was ready in 25 minutes. I love Papa John’s pizza but I will never order from this location again.
