Had placed order on Saturday January 17th for a large cheese pizza and stuffed spinach and feta cheesy bread. The order continued to be delayed when tracking on the app from the original ETA. Once the pizza arrived it was lukewarm and lacking flavor which is usually placed on hand tossed for domino’s garlic crust. The cheesy bread was undercooked on the inside and lacked spinach which there was one piece placed on top. Recently moved to the area and was disappointed as dominos is my go to franchise chain for pizza but the flavor and taste for my order wasn’t the normal I’m used to getting.

Threw the pizza away .I ordered a Buffalo sauce and ranch pizza with extra chicken n extra bacon. I got no Buffalo and the pizza doesn’t taste good and they forgot my fanta. Seems like it’s always one or another issue I can’t ever have just one good experience I’m very forgiving but I think after my few wronged orders im a point past forgivness.I prefer to drive the extra 12 minutes to go to Stevens mills dominos instead . It’s terrible to see this new dominos go downhill. I had a 5 star review but it’s not deserved . Mistakes are mistakes but constantly over n over just shows that they don’t care. I had to use my own Buffalo sauce since they can’t even add what I requested n paid for.

They’re my go-to Domino’s. Staff is super friendly, always quick to help, store is super clean, they always give you a good amount of sauce/cheese/toppings and they always get your food turned around quick for you. Would highly recommend.

The pizza was burnt and extremely dry. When I called to report it, the person who answered was rude and dismissive, saying the pizza was “well done” because he made it himself. No solution was offered and the attitude was unprofessional.

Ordered 3 pizzas for pickup using the app and all were good and ready on time. Nice to have a solid pizza place nearby now.

I will never be ordering from this location again. I ordered a 2 topping medium pizza and a salad nearly 2 hours ago and despite them marking it as delivered it never was. I then had to call the store 3 separate times each time they would tell me it was just going to be a little while longer until the 3rd time someone got on the phone with a nasty attitude and told me there was nothing they could do because it said delivered already. Incredibly unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful. DO NOT ORDER HERE

I just want to commend the staff for coming in during a snow storm and the day after striving to get numerous orders out and even attempting to deliver during the storm until it became impossible. I came to pickup and it was overwhelming for me seeing all the people come in and the calls coming in but you all kept your composure and delivered wonderful customer service, as well as risking your own safety to get in a provide pizza for us. I see your location gets a lot of slack in the reviews but just want to say I appreciate you all and will be back

Ordered four pizzas and parmesan bites using the mobile app for pickup. The order was ready promptly and made correctly. The store staff greeted me when I entered, were polite and friendly. This new location is very convenient to my home. I’ll definitely order from here again.

Do yourself a favor and close up shop. You guys deserve all the bad rep yall can get. I had three different orders and all these orders were nothing but issues. The first order pizzas were burnt. Second order, we barely had any toppings on our pizzas and one of two were made completely wrong. Third order, the pizzas were cold and the bread bites were stale, hard as a rock, which were disgusting.
