Tried this place last night and had a really good experience. We ordered the Cajun seafood pasta, pork chop with collard greens, calamari, wings, mac and cheese, and apple empanadas for dessert – everything was well prepared and delicious. The roasted pineapple margaritas and seasonal cocktails were also excellent.
Service was friendly and attentive. Brian, the owner, was welcoming. They have a main dining area plus a really cool 21+ speakeasy section.

This place is a gem, it’s tucked in the corner and at night you can’t really see it, but going inside was surreal. The ambiance, and the decorations made it really cool. The seating for the adults at the bar was behind, what looked like, an enclosed book shelf. The quality of food is worth every penny, especially since the food is prepped way in advance. You can tell the innovative taste and flavor is each food item. For the appetizer we tried the steak diablo. The spicy sherry sauce was delicious as the spice hits you towards the end. The smash burger, omg, the bacon sauce!!! Need I say more?! Then the pork loin, with the puree butternut squash, yummm! The service was excellent and kind. We got to meet Brian the owner, who was very attentive and made conversation with us. Highly recommend to visit this place, whether it’s with your date, or with family.

Chefs, Sean and KC, have crafted a menu that’s as thoughtful as it is delicious. The Filet Mignon was perfectly seared and buttery-tender. The Cider Brined Chicken? Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, served alongside velvety mashed potatoes and sweet roasted carrots. Every dish felt like a love letter to quality ingredients and expert technique.
And let’s talk desserts — the Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake Stacks were fresh, fun, and full of flavor, while the Crème Brûlée was silky and caramelized just right.
To top it off, the service was impeccable. Huge shoutout to Reanee, Cierra, and Dennis, who made the entire experience smooth, attentive, and full of heart.

***10/9/25***It has been over 3 months since The Meridian opened and I have been numerous times. The food and service never miss. My favorite still stands as the Cajun Seafood Pasta (flavorful with a kick) as well as the Seafood Cobb Salad (large prawns and perfectly cooked scallops every time). My son and I love to share the Calamari which is always crisp and delicious with the aioli it comes with. My son loves the steaks and Root Beer Glazed Pork Loin (I always steal a few bites…SOOOO GOOD!!). The Fried Fish and Southern Grits never disappoint either!! Make sure you leave room for dessert!! I cannot say enough about the Fried Lemon Poundcake!! I can honestly go on and on about the entire menu. Yes, I have tried EVERYTHING!! LOL!! Don’t miss out on this mouthwatering cuisine!! The servers and bartenders elevate the experience with their attentiveness and kindness. Great customer service is hard to come by these days so it’s a wonderful feeling to spend time and money in a place where the staff make you feel appreciated.

The Meridian is a hidden gem! The speakeasy atmosphere is awesome, the food is delicious, and their traditional lemon pepper wings are hands down the best. The pineapple margarita is amazing too. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Great food, great ambience, will definitely be back.

Food is amazing, got the pork loin, ribeye, au gratin potatoes and mac and cheese it was all excellent. It doesn’t appear that the management properly staffs the restaurant and this led to long wait times, it took 50 minutes after being seated for us to get our food and we had to go up to the bar to get soda refills because they don’t come by the tables. I don’t blame the waitresses but management definitely seems to have some problems.
Go to Bar Bistro instead, better food and service. I’ve been going there for years and never had a bad experience

This place is a can’t miss! I came here with some friends we ordered the pork loin, Cajun seafood pasta, fish and grits, risotto, broccolini, mac n cheese, and mushrooms. When I tell you everything was delicious I am not lying everything was so flavorful and delectable. Highly recommend all the meals. We got the Blueberry Basil Lemon Drop if you like a little sweet get it and highly recommend the Jal e Berry if you like a little spicy! The owner B and staff had amazing hospitality. This place is a must try. Call your friends l, shoot come alone but come hungry. You won’t regret it!

I ordered the Basil Raspberry Lemon Drop and my husband ordered an Old Fashioned, we split a burger. Both were great! Strong, flavorful drinks, and we love their fry sauce! I hope the speakeasy stays for a long time. Staff is very friendly too, we had a great time!

Cajun Seafood Pasta 8/10. Pork Chop 9.5/10 near excellence fine dining. Calamari 7.5/10, Atmosphere 9/10. The service is 10/10 and the price can be spendy but worth it. Take a photo at their kiosk while you’re there. The owner is a great guy and is dedicated to the vision and mission of his restaurant. I will be visiting again, I suggest you do the same and get that Pork Chop!!

I kept hearing about The Meridian so I decided to try it first myself! I’m glad I did. It’s a fairly new restaurant in a great location. The decor and ambiance is wonderful. I learned that they have a speakeasy in addition to other small events. I ordered the Sockeye Salmon, Asparagus, Au Gratin Potatoes, Crème Brûlée, and a Blueberry Basil Lemon Drop. My food was very yummy ❤️❤️ The best part of my visit was having Renee as my bartender (10/10 highly recommend) and Brian (Owner/GM) as my server. I look forward to many more visits.
