Firebirds Woodside Grill is alway a treat… We had the best server! Atmosphere is always a dinner vibe!

I was told by Courtney, the bartender, that these were the only wings they had left until the truck came on Monday. Today is Saturday at 5:30pm. Courtney did not attempt to address complaint of the tough wings tossed in sauce.Piss poor customer service. Overheard Courtney complained that she was “ready to go home.” If this industry isn’t for you, then pick another career, simple. I LOVE the male bartender who works nights!

Just wanted to share my experience with the restaurant’s Bartender Courtney. A $20 tip on a $25 bill was well deserved. Not because of the experience I had, but from my observation, from the experience the 11 other patrons (not my skin color) got to experience. This tip wasn’t earned because you took my order while sitting down, not making direct eye contact & rolling silverware. It wasn’t earned when you served my drink from a plastic cup (unlike all the other 11 patrons with glasses). It wasn’t earned when you brought my appetizer with no cutlery. It wasn’t earned when you brought my entree with no offer of salt & pepper or anything else for that matter (unlike the young lady at the bar on your right). It wasn’t earned when EVERY time you served me or I asked you a question it WASN’T met with your beautiful smile (unlike the other 11 patrons). It wasn’t earned when you DIDN’T check on me once (unlike the group of 3 gentleman sitting directly in front of me…you were literally giggling the entire time with them). It wasn’t earned when you brought my check, to go box & bag (that I didn’t ask for yet) before my second bite. It wasn’t earned when I waited & waited & waited and finally had to bring my payment method to the bar area to checkout. It wasn’t earned when I continued to sit at the table (while writing this review) & you still didn’t come by & check on me or ask how my experience was (even as you pranced right passed me & served the gentleman on my left who had the sandwich & fries). I chose to GIVE you something in the form of a tip that you NEVER earned with the thoughtless, nonchalant & passive-aggressive experience you offered me….by the way, I chose NOT to accept it (hence the tip you DIDN’T EARN). It is my hope that me providing my feedback will in turn help you realize & deeply think about what experiences you come to offer someone else that may come through the doors of Cambria Hotels that may have my same skin color &/or someone that is willing to BLESS & credit others who provide GREAT service. I sure hope the other 11 patrons received their money’s worth…..I know I DID NOT!!!
Thank You!

The bartender was AMAZING!! The atmosphere was pretty chill; however, the food, went to the trash. I tried to eat the salmon with veggies and “wild rice”, but the salmon was burnt on the outside, and dry and rubbery on the inside. The seasoning was dashed on the veggies after they cooked, so all you tasted was salt and dried herbs. The rice…well, there was absolutely NOTHING wild about it. It was basic rice probably boiled in some chicken broth, but it was bland and rubbery as well. Save your money, your time, and tastebuds, and take the $3-$5 Lyft ANYWHERE else for food. McDonald’s original chicken nuggets would have been better and they weren’t even real chicken.

For clarity – not a restaurant, just a seating area attached to the bar and essentially part of the hotel lobby. The bartender’s indifference to serve (despite being the only server) and long waits for mediocre food mean I wouldn’t go back or recommend this as an actual choice for food.

Sad experience all around. I sat in the main dining area (which had food all over the floor) an hour before breakfast ended. The server was nowhere to be seen. When she finally came out from the back she said, “You’re awfully far away.” So, I moved to the bar but that didn’t make the service any better. The waitress was in the kitchen more than out with patrons. Whenever anyone asked for something, even as simple as a straw, she would not respond but begrudgingly get it in silence. Patrons were apologizing for asking for water. I was given no drink; it was too much effort. When the food came out, it was so sad. The “over-medium” eggs were over-hard and were fried black around the edge like they were cooking in a pool of grease. The potatoes were so overcooked, it was like eating croutons. Next time, I will go somewhere else.

The bartender on Saturday April 5 was AMazing! He made me the most delicious margarita with fresh squeezed lime and my husband said the Old Fashion he had was pretty impressive. We didn’t have food there on Sat. The Woodside Grill is closed on Sun., so can’t judge.

Good food, just beware of ordering to go. I had substandard tacos, small portion with a melted to go lid from being under the warm lamp too long.

This food is amazing. The bartenders are the best. The service is outstanding! Can’t go wrong with ordering anything on the menu! I’ve had the steak here and the Caesar salad with salmon here and it’s always great !

We had a quick dinner at the Woodside Grille last night. The bartender Tabitha greeted us with a smile, and great service. She was friendly and exuded southern charm! We appreciated her dinner suggestions! The chef makes absolutely perfect burgers!! They were fresh, thick, juicy and flavorful! Kudos to Tabitha and the chef! We would highly recommend trying the Woodside Grille and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you Tabitha!!
