BEST TACOS WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Sheesh, when me and my partner are hungry, we love to see our friends at burrito la Mina! It’s the fastest, most delicious, flavorful, tastiest authentic food we have ever had the pleasure of digesting. We will definitely be back. I ordered the Chile Colorado, chicken burrito and the chorizo burrito and IT WAS DELICIOUS! So glad we decided to stop by. Riquísima comida. Owner was super nice. I got the asada, al pastor, and chicken. The flavor was flavoring. It was delicious. My favorite was asada. Al pastor has a little spice, which was perfect. I only had one bite of my fiancé’s chicken taco, but it was also so flavorful. I’ll be back for sure.

This food truck is incredible. I got the Chile Colorado burrito which includes a delicious blend of potatoes, pork, and spices with your average burrito ingredients done really well. The tortilla was toasted to a slight crunch and tasted great. The spice blend in the rice and beans and the pork and potatoes were perfect. The green and red sauces were fantastic. The owner gave us a free piece of banana pie which was leftover from the previous day, and it was as good as everything else. The only downside is the proximity to a busy road, but the food is worth it. This place is worth going a little out of your way to try. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely return.
