The food here was great! I ordered a bowl with all the toppings, and it was so delicious and filling that I have plenty left over to add to a salad tomorrow.
It was clearly a busy shift—the man on the grill was working non-stop and the drive-thru team was hustling—but the service didn’t suffer. The young man making our food was exceptionally nice and took the time to chat with diners, which made the visit feel personal. It was impressive to see everyone working so hard. My only small note is that it was a bit messy in the dining area, but it was obvious the staff was spread thin and doing their best to keep up with the crowd. Definitely a hardworking crew!

TACO BURRITO
Service can be mid a times. Yes it depends on who makes your meal if the meat portion is generous. For me-I always have to asked for double protein just to get a decent meal.I dnt want just rice- beans. Thats mainly what Is left after eating the bowl meal. I double size my portions here to enjoy my meal. Overall hit or miss just got to come when you really got a taste for it. That way you know the expectation is.

The food was good and met my expectations at this new location, but the service definitely needs some work. I placed a mobile order and was waiting between the pick up area and register. Several customers had been served and it was getting to be several minutes past my pickup time. It reached a point where there were no customers being served at all, I didn’t have my order, and no one was acknowledging me. I eventually got someone’s attention and asked about my order. The whole time I had been waiting it was just sitting behind them and they handed it to me. Not a great first experience, but the location is convenient and I will likely return.

This place was crowded on the night that I went and my order was late along with many others’. But I am commending the employees who were working that night because they were hustling and moving around getting things done. I mean they were moving as fast as they possibly could so it’s hard to be upset about too many orders coming in and not enough employees. Kuddos to the crew on 2/26/26 working the night shift especially the girl working near the drive through window. Thanks for the good service!!

Food is great and restaurant is clean. I sometimes have to wait longer than expected. This place gets busy and the staff sometimes gets overwhelmed when mobile orders and in person customers.

Been sitting at the burrito lane for 30 mins already with no end in sight. I understand that it’s a new location but man, it’s just ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT ORDER TO GO. Come in and go through the line because they do not know what they’re doing. Even then it’ll be a struggle but you have a better chance of getting your food less than 30 mins. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I’ve ordered from here numerous times since they opened, and it’s always disappointing because the portion sizes are a joke. My Chipotle-lane order is a veggie bowl with extra cheese and extra lettuce. Today, I received a bowl with 9 leaves of lettuce. 9. It’s worth making the extra drive to the Irlo Bronson location…
