Best Chinese dinner we’ve had in a long time! Everything tasted so fresh & was hot, tasty, & soft or crispy depending on what the food was. The egg rolls were excellent. The almond chicken was nice and crispy & juicy; the sauce was a tiny bit bland, but it was still really good, in my opinion. The broccoli beef was great. Reasonable prices. Great service. We were very happy with our meals & would definitely go back if we’re in the area.

I was invited by some friends who have been here before. I ordered the garlic ribs it came with fried rice. The serving size for lunch was very large. it came with soup and an egg roll. If portion size is your thing then this is the place for you. I was not thoroughly impressed with the flavor of the food it was okay but nothing to write home about. The meat was tender fried rice was a little Bland. I didn’t really taste any garlic flavor in the ribs brown sauce it was a little salty. Lunch prices until 3 p.m. on Saturday and pretty good. the staff was very attentive, and you get your food in a timely fashion.

I have been going there for about for over 20 years now. Being just a few blocks from me. The food and service is always the same. Friendly, quick, and good traditional Chinese food. There are worst and I suppose better, but Jade Palace won’t disappoint you.

I have to give it five stars because I have never had a bad experience in a lot of years, nor bad food. Great place to take out or eat in.

My family has been going to the Jade Palace for years and years. The food is awesome best sizzling rice soup and egg roles anywhere all the main dishes are excellent. The owner Tony is very caring and friendly. I definitely believe when wonderful people like Tony are so caring about the community the business is blessed by the Lord. I just wish I could come more often but live a little far.

I haven’t been at this restaurant in a very long time, why did I stop by recently, I just don’t know.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is quite, dismal, and not bright. A cook came from the back with a apron on, and he was very friendly. I place my order, I specifically told the man I don’t eat pork, he claim there is none in egg roll. I took my chicken dish home. I tasted one piece of the breaded chicken that had sauce on it. I notice there was one piece in the food that had a strange looking bone with meat and no sauce on that piece. I called the Jade restaurant and spoke to a woman and told her that my chicken dish had a rib tip mixed in the food, she responded and told me to bring the food back. I brought it back and the man who waited on me earlier said there was no pork in my food, I pick up the meat and show it to him. “Then his reply was how did that get in there, it must had fallen in the pot with the chicken”? He took the food back in the kitchen, then he came back with a different breaded chicken 4 minutes later, and a different sauce, same egg rolls from previous meal. I’m so done with this restaurant.

The service is great but the food is not as great as other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. We dined in and the fried rice wasn’t freshly made. The almond chicken was flavorles. But like I said, the service was warm and friendly, so that balanced it a bit.

My dish – Kung Bo Chicken – was good. I like spicy food and asked to make it spicy. Unlike many places where “spicy” is rarely so, they’re spicy was spot on. Not as much chicken as I would have liked, but not bad and there was plenty of food for two meals. Ordered mine to go, so I can’t comment on the dine-in service.

Got a number for the Secretary of State next door, came over and ordered lunch. Not only did I get my food and eat it before my number came up at the secretary of state, but I was also able to run across the street for a drink. Food was pretty good, their sesame chicken is the standard breaded kind, sauce had a little extra kick that I enjoyed.

The food was very bland and contained more than enough MSG to give me a severe headache the next day. My local Chinese food in Livonia (Rainbow) Is so much better then this place that it is a joke. I should have known that it was going to be gross when I saw 2 people there on a Saturday night at 6:30 p.m.

Never crowded. Good menu selection and priced $$ The owner, Tony, makes you feel like you are the only customer he cares about. Our waitress had a poor understanding of English but sign language and pointing resolved the situation. Enjoy.
