If frying fresh plantains takes to long one should not offer it . My mother and I ordered shrimp with the tostones. The shrimp were not fresh the tostones were reheated and hard. My sister ordered marinated chicken thigh and reviewed fried chicken pieces with a dipping sauce. Does this photo look like marinated chicken? The server that sat us never returned to the table or ask us how everything was. When letting the waiter know that this is not what we ordered he simply grabbed the plate and said you could order something else. If you would like. He did not acknowledge that what was ordered was marinated chicken. I Definitely will not return to this restaurant. The only reason I gave three stars to the service was because the gentleman that sat us was polite..

We reserved the whole restaurant (100 of us) after a very special event on Saturday, April 12th. My exchange with Ms Aramayo (catering sales manager) and Mr. Andries (food and beverage manager) was professional and kind. Mr Andries was wonderful at communicating with me and providing solutions so our reservation would go smoothly. The whole staff was so wonderful and accommodating. We were taken care of with the most kindness and patience. It made our day even more memorable. Thank you so much to all the servers and cooks who took care of us that night.

This restaurant at the Hilton Miami Dadeland is very nice. The staff is very friendly. I wanted to order the T55 Veggie Burger because I am vegan and it is a vegetarian option that can be made vegan. Unfortunately, they told me they couldn’t make me that burger. I then ordered sweet potato fries, which were delicious. I was a little sad that I didn’t get to try the veggie burger. Well, maybe next time!
All the other food was good too. It was really nice to have this restaurant in the hotel as there is not much close to the hotel and driving to the center of Miami would have taken a lot of time.
I also want to mention that I like that they focus on healthy food and ingredients.

Stayed at the Hotel last night dinner was amazing the food is really good, was looking forward to breakfast this morning but unfortunately no one was there at 6:45-7am even when the hours are posted at 6:30 am other wise this would have been 5 stars if the breakfast was as good as dinner.

After a long travel day, I stopped at Table 55 and sat at the bar. Genessis, the bar tender recommended tostones with beef and it was delicious. My only complain is that the portion served was a bit on the small side for the price paid. I received three fried tostones bowls with tender seasoned shredded beef on top (see pic, minus one that disappeared LOL).

My wife and i stayed here during a home remodel and we had this restaurant down stairs in the hotel lobby. The staff is very warm and friendly, they would deliver our food to our room and were very accommodating with our family. The miami pork ribs, 55 burger and french fries were very good! The staff truly makes the restaurant.

So far Been my 3rd day dining in this Hilton restaurant where we been staying the past 5 months the chef Mr. Hernan Ruiz very excellent and friendly with an amazing cooking skills using fresh ingredients, good selection of combinations and food not greasy or salty, perfectly cooked, soup made of fresh tomatoes and vegetables and all other menu selections very outstanding and tasty with different main dishes to chose from every day, so far have been the best place ever, in behalf of my wife(Baptist patience and Hilton hotel members) and my self we like to express our gratitude and thanks for your amazing service including servers Mrs. Marian Rodríguez, Mr. Omar Ribas and the others male server who I didn’t get their names, good job, keep up the good work, this is the kind of service and food we been looking for during this health issues difficult times that we been thru ..THANK YOU !!!
