Dunkin’ Donuts – Anoka is a great stop if you want quick, easy, and friendly service. The store was very clean and well kept, which is always appreciated. The staff was outstanding—friendly, efficient, and welcoming from start to finish. The Coffee was solid and exactly what you expect from Dunkin’. We ordered breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and coffee, and everything came out fresh and correct. Convenient location, great service, and a smooth drive-thru make this a dependable spot when you’re on the go. Definitely a location that’s doing things right.

While I appreciate the Dunkin’ brand, this specific establishment frequently delivers incorrect orders, encompassing both beverages and food items. For instance, cold foam is often absent from my ordered drinks, and a Chipotle wrap may be substituted with a standard wrap. Notably, the order details are consistently and accurately reflected on the receipt.
The staff at this location exhibit varying levels of engagement, with some demonstrating excellent customer service while others appear less enthusiastic.
I intend to revisit this location in several months to assess any improvements. In the interim, I will be frequenting the Andover location.

Loved the drinks I got here, have been multiple times now. Always see the worker Aaliyah, she is so helpful with curating custom drinks. Very knowledgeable staff and comfortable atmosphere for a quick drink pick up

The donuts we bought were hard and the loaded potatoes weren’t great. The drink my wife got was the only thing we liked. The lady was friendly at the drive through though. Hard donuts should go in the trash and not to customers for profit.

Well, here’s the deal. I ordered 6 jellies and 2 chocolate. I only got 3 jellies. Perhaps they only looked at them from the side. A sugar and a jelly would look very similar from the side. I like jellies best, but all donuts are inherently good. Therefore, I am not overly upset. Thanks for the donuts .

i think the employees are in competition to see who can get away with treating customers the worst. you can tell an employee is a new hire because they actually have light behind their eyes and they don’t treat you like you’ve spit in their face. i don’t understand why they are all so offended and refuse to properly take orders or drink modifications when it’s literally their job. they don’t work for that tip. abolish this whole location

The phone number for this location is either wrong on both Google and the website or staff are not well trained. I called twice to try to place a catering order, the first time silence until the answering party said hello a few seconds later. The I asked if this was Dunkin’ donuts in Anoka and was hung up on. The second time I only got a voicemail box with a robotic message and no acknowledgement of this being a Dunkin’ store. I wound up ordering from a different location.
