I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced during my recent visit. The three employees assisting me were very rude and unprofessional. When I ordered two subs and specified what I wanted on them, they repeatedly rolled their eyes and displayed visible frustration. Additionally, they spoke about me in Spanish in a way that felt disrespectful and inappropriate. As a customer, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect. This experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I believe the staff would benefit from additional customer service training to ensure that all customers are treated professionally. I hope this matter can be addressed so future customers have a better experience.

This is a reasonable Subway where I think two people working behind the counter have changed compared to what other people are reviewing here earlier. The two older ladies that work here are very friendly and make a great sandwich exactly how you like it.
This Subway restaurant location is clean on the inside, does not smell and the rest rooms are clean too.

Just coming in I see the place is empty and the employee is doing something by the register, so I just stand and wait and wait. I ordered the tuna and told her what bread. But before I could even tell her I wanted the bread toasted first, she had already placed the tuna on the bread and proceeded to get an attitude about it even though she did not ask me first. And let me tell you I worked at Subway many years ago for many years so I know how it goes. Even though there’s been changes since, things like procedures and order of things essentially have stayed the same. One thing I noticed is this subway has the meats where you can’t see them because they are behind like a little steel wall. That was very weird for me as I am sooo used to looking at what they put on my sub. When I asked her about it, she rudely replied that it was management’s doing. Ok. At least the veggies were in plain sight, as I would’ve walked out empty handed otherwise. Bad service and not being able to see your food or what the employee was doing threw me off completely. That being said, I will not be returning to THIS subway again. I will continue to go to my Subway on NW 183rd St and Flamingo Rd, thank you.

I visited this subway for the first time since I’m new to the area for work. As soon as I entered in the establishment I was greeted by Paulette. She and Cynthia was very nice and knowledgeable and also patient with me while I made a decision on what I wanted to order. I went in around lunch time so it was pretty busy yet I didn’t feel like I was just another customer purchasing a sandwich. These ladies were very friendly and I left with my order and a smile on my face.

Bad service, the two female workers seemed to be having a more interesting conversation between the two of them and another customer over completing my order, the person that was making my sandwich would literally stop making my sandwich just to continue her conversation with her coworker ( all of these conversations were just personal conversations nothing about helping the other customer or work related)

The employees here are rude. I walked up and waited close to a minute before Ericka looked up from her phone and acknowledged me. She appeared to be bothered by my presence. The food was actually good, but she was the worst.

My credit card was charged for a purchase I never made by this store. I live in GA and someone at this location charged used my credit card stored in my subway account to pay for food. I tried contacting them online but it wouldn’t go through because the listed store number they have online doesnt work.
