If I could leave 0 stars I would.
They went to the wrong address, called me said it was my fault. Didn’t want to refund my money untill I threatened a police report for theft or services for DELIVERING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.
They made me sit and wait on hold for a half hour till the cowards finally picked up the phone.
This is the first ever 1 star review I think I have ever left besides when a truck almost side swiped me and my kid.

Poor phone service for any delivery people. They move slow and have you waiting for your food even when it’s ready. Going to make other orders while you waiting longer periods. They prioritize orders of those they are familiar with over others. Serving them 1st even when arriving after. Not great with customer service but sometimes they try.

The service at Papa John’s was adequate. The pizza took about 15 minutes to make which was reasonable. The pizza we ordered had pepperoni, ham and Italian sausage. We also got the blue cheese dip and the ranch dip. The pizza was very hot and tasty. It was fresh and flavorful with lots of cheese. Would definitely recommend the pizza here.

This Evening On A Family Walk My Daughter & I Decided To Stop In Here And Grab Their Amazing Brownie Cookie. While Walking In, I Noticed The Male Cashier (Mid 30’s) Locked Eyes With My Underage Daughter (14 Years Old) And Wouldn’t Stop Staring At Her. I Put My Daughter Behind Me And Placed Our Order. That Same Guy Told Us 10 Minutes So We Went To Stand Outside Where Her Dad Was Waiting. I Was Explaining To Her Dad What Just Happened And While We Both Went To Look Into The Windows, The Employee Was Sitting In A Chair Off To Side With His Camera Out Acting In A Manner As If He Was Taking Photos Of My Underaged Daughter. I Locked Eyes With This Guy And Gave Him The “I’m Watching You” Mannerism With My Hands. He Then Put The Phone Down And Didn’t Look Our Away Again. We Waited 5 Minutes And Walked In To Get Our Brownie. Once It Was Placed In My Hand, I Asked The Staff Why It Was Ok For Their Co Worker To Sexual Harrass Their Customers. Pointing Out That The Creep Had On FLIP FLOPS In The Kitchen. Anyways, After The Employee Finally Showed Me His Phone And Showed He’d Deleted All The Pictures, We Left. Keep It Mind, I Recorded This Entire Interaction! Shame On You Papa Johns For Employing Sick Men Who Act Like They Can’t Speak English When Confronted With Something They’ve Done Wrong!!

I used to every Monday but they started to mess up in making cheese sticks nor understand what a cheese stick was and after I asked for it to be re made because it was basically butter the next few times I came in they were horrible. They are not clean and don’t wear the papa John outfits. A random guy off the street just started cooing. So we order from this location often twice a week during the summer and carryout because there half mile from me, but I ordered lastnight delivery cuz it was icy and cold they delivered quick food was great as always!! This morning I ordered and doordash ended up delivering I placed order online and reorder same thing on my account to my normal address, doordash had wrong address and had it as the papajohns address so I called store spoke to the amazing manager and he wrote down right address b4 doordash even showed up to pick it up, so short story they delivered to the grid which was papa johns address so I went thru doordash app to fix this issue and they had me fill a form out to get my refund ect. Didnt know the form they gave me was ti complain about papa John’s when they did nothing wrong door dash did, then lady calls me at 6 pm when this happened at 10 am and was nasty rude unprofessional and called me a liar, papajohns manager caller back and apologized and is fixing my issue, so long story short PAPA JOHNS IS AMAZING AND WILL NEVER LET U DOWN , AND DOORDASH IS TRASH. THANK YOU MANAGER OF PAPAJOHNS ON MAIN ST.

There was only one person working which took longer for my order to be fulfilled. The worker was handling food without gloves or washing their hands after handling money. Crumbs were just swept to the side by hand on the counter where dough was being preped. Boxes that fell over from being stacked on the floor was just kicked out the way while walking. I’m sure they were use later for someone’s food. To top it off I was really disappointed with some of my food that I ordered.
