The services was awful we were over charged for our food that was made incorrectly my sandwich didn’t have onmeat on it at all and the bread was extremely hard that I was crunching on it like I was chewing wood and when I tried to tell the woman about it she caught an attitude with me saying she can’t remake it and I can’t get my money back so if you are the owner of this store please fire her because you don’t need no like that working for you

This Subway should be shut down. Both of our sandwiches were cold even though they were suppose to be toasted. The spinach on one sandwich (as pictured, it was like that when it was put on the sandwich) was a wilted, nasty color. The lettuce on the other was not any better. The bread was stale and the pickles on the 6in tasted sour.
The lady who took our order was slow and quite old, and another slightly younger lady, came in mid-order kept giving each other nasty looks behind each others back and it made me super uncomfortable. Mid-order they received an online/app order and the older lady making my sandwiches got an attitude when the other lady was not there right as the order came in (like a few seconds, nothing crazy). ANYWAY, it was super uncomfortable and it felt like they really hated each other. Not a friendly environment.
They also do NOT accept coupons, did not have any specials like the sandwich of the day, only had one tea, and everything looked really dirty.

The horrible quality of this place is a direct result of the owner. You can taste the empty flavor and bad energy when you eat the food. The bar is extremely low here.

This is the absolute worst subway I’ve ever visited. The bread was hard and the cookies were stale. Everything seemed to be left overs from the night before . The drink was even horrible. It tasted like straight water. I will never visit here again until y’all do better! I should have gotten a refund !

Every time I come here, the Open lights are off at 7:50 when I went in tonight they wouldn’t take me because they were “closed” and their lights was off. I feel as if as a business if the time says 8 o’clock you should close at 8 o’clock on the dot not two minutes not one minute, not 30 seconds before but 8 o’clock on the dot

Absolutely to long! I was on my lunch break. Only one guy working and he kept doing online orders while the line was very long!! Last time coming to this location. Jimmy John’s is right down the street. Plus he had on some horrible music!

The service was horrible. The woman who I assume was the manager was following at one of the employees about not clocking in right. They didn’t speak as I entered the building. I had turkey & American cheese toasted and my bread was burned and hard. I didn’t get to see it until I got home to eat it. I called the store and was told the manager was between store. I called Rog/Roger but no answer. Here’s a picture

This location seems to have gone downhill. They blocked the view of all the meat. Not sure why. And the vegetables are the oldest looking I have ever seen at any restaurant. A fresh product is not a priority.
