I really like this place, although I wish they had a few more healthy options. We had some really wonderful crab bisque! The interior is cozy and cute and the staff is very friendly and attentive. My oyster po’ boy was good, except that they had discontinued the whole wheat bread option and they were a little skimpy with the oysters. We are planning to visit again.

Really cute place with delicious food and the service was with a smile. Mostly fried foods. I had the catfish special and Larry had the fish po boy. Both were great! They get ingredients from a local farmers market (zucchini, green tomatoes, fish, etc.). Would definitely recommend stopping here for dinner if you’re visiting the area.

Stopped here while in Luray because of the Google Reviews – pretty decently reviewed. When we went, we had the breaded cod. The food was nothing too special, the inside of the restaurant is cute & ocean-themed. The menu is varied – I expected it to be a seafood restaurant because the logo & sign is a crab, but it was mostly sandwiches and deep-fried foods.

The employees here are wonderful and the food has always been fantastic UNTIL LAST NIGHT. It was the worst food i have ever had in any restaurant, and I eat out all the time! The pork barbecue tasted like it was days old and warmed in a microwave, the baked beans were out of a can and warmed up in a microwave, the asparagus was rock hard, the tea tasted like sugared water, and no paper straws were provided. I will never eat here again and neither will my friends who were with me. I don’t know what has happened. Maybe a new cook? Cutting back on quality? Such a shame.

Overall my experience was mediocre. I ordered an Italian sub which was quite good, but my dining companions barbecue sandwich and chicken tenders fell flat. The wait time was outrageous (about 35-45 minutes) and the A/C did not appear to be working. However the wait staff were extremely nice and the food seemed to be made to order.

Inexpensive comfort food in a small restaurant setting with lovely seaside decor. The wait staff are helpful and friendly, and our family of five was welcomed and treated very kindly. The food was classic po boys, steamed shrimp, as well as hamburgers and salads. There is ample parking in the rear of the building, and it’s very close to Jellystone Park (where we were staying). They don’t serve alcohol.
We would eat here again!

First glance it reminds me of a little crab shack. It’s definitely a tiny place had some cute fishing decor, and a “holiday tree”.

The food was a no. The clams were dry, fries were soggy, the fried shrimp was actually good/average, and the mac and cheese well….. Let’s just say it’s like little shells covered in velveta baked in a dish and then just microwaved when needed. If I wanted leftovers I wouldn’t have stayed home and looked in my fridge.

I waited forever to even be offered a refill, and once again I only had water (seems to be a thing in the Luray area). The specials aren’t special or a money savor.

The dessert was probably the best part and we ended up getting it to go because I couldn’t take the waitress anymore. It was a lemon raspberry cheesecake. And it had like a cake/fluff layer on it and a whipped top.

After all this though I don’t really suggest it. What is great to locals is sometimes just average to travelers.

This was my second time here, and everything was just as awesome as the first time. The food is beyond delicious, fresh, and inexpensive. The service is very friendly, too. This place has become one of my favorite places to eat.
