Why does it look so good and just taste meh? Birria w cheese was okay. Chicken was awful, bland and saw zero time on the grill it had no color beyond yellow orange. Steak was also mid. And it was pricey. $18 for 3 tacos + agua de jamaica and it was 1/2 L not full liter. Counter girl was not welcoming to me or anyone that came in after me. I also wish she would wipe the tables. I saw 3 tables with food on them and never got wiped. She played on her phone instead. Sorry but it’s true.

I’ve been wanting to go to this restaurant for at least two years and my husband and I finally checked it out. I absolutely love Mexican food. The tacos were good but the chefs were heavy handed with the amount of salt that they used on the meat so that took away from my overall food experience. I’d give this restaurant another try. It was also really busy. You can tell most of their orders are to go orders and delivery orders. I recommend that they have one person processing dine in orders and the other chef processing to go orders. We waited approximately 20 minutes for two tacos and fries and the food was lukewarm. My husband got the loaded fries and it too was good, but I couldn’t really enjoy it due to the salt. I’ll give it another shot.

Was here last night and I can confidently say this was the best burrito I have ever had. I got a chicken burrito “tequilero” style. It was so good! Seasoned perfectly, not too much sauce. I wish it was spicy but that was my error, I should’ve asked.
My group all enjoyed their food, and they had great customer service. The place was very clean and it’s such a cute spot. I will definitely go back again.

I will say, it is all presented very well. . . Yet, presentation is usually a cliff. Don’t fall for it.
This food looks amazing and tastes nothing like what you will see on your plate. The chefs are talented and seasoned, but their spice cabinets are empty.
Very deceptive visually, expensive, and surely toned down culturally for the enjoyment of those that lack it.

Service: ordered at front and meal was delivered. Staff didn’t check in.
Atmosphere: space is beautiful.
While the space and meal are beautiful, the flavors are mild. You won’t be overwhelmed with strong savory flavored or spices. I guess this gives you an opportunity to fix flavor it’s to your liking.

I spent $42 I got 2 birria bowls and 2 churros the food is great but customer service I give that a -5 ordered my food and paid I’m told for the 2 churros purchased they were out of ice cream instead of a refund the employee with blonde hair tells me it’s just “vanilla ice cream you can go buy some” the employee with blonde hair again says do you want water ? “What do you want” soda? Water? What do you want?? I was appalled I didn’t spend $10-$15 with them I spent $42!!! The customer service experience was VERY UNPLEASANT! I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or if the end of her shift was approaching for whatever reason there shouldn’t have been any reason for the treatment I received at this location I was very thrilled to eat here knowing it had just opened up. I got a bowl and the styrofoam is what I received as my (bowl) I would definitely eat in if ordering a bowl you get a better sized bowl for the price you pay. Happy eating steer clear of the blonde employee! Hope she wasn’t a manager she won’t last long with her sour attitude!

Had a delicious breakfast burrito, very good portion and fresh ingredients. I think the green guacamole salsa is a really good pairing with the burrito and made the whole thing work! I would recommend to anyone looking for a Mexican spot with a tad bit more fusion ! The interior was a very cute girls spot

Tequileros in Sac is honestly so good. The food has crazy flavor and everything tastes fresh, especially the birria and carne asada tacos they were juicy and hit every time. The place has a clean, chill vibe and the food came out hot and fast. Also, shoutout to Jasmine because she genuinely made my day super sweet and welcoming, and her energy made the experience even better. Great food, great service, and just good vibes overall. Definitely coming back.
