Went in for a relaxing lunch to try it out. Our food was perfectly cooked, server Shelby was very good, got our order right and we were checked up on regularly, our drinks were always kept full. Almost all of the staff came by to personally welcome us and asked how our food was. Very relaxing and plan on going more often.

Las Cruces finally has a steak house where the food alone will keep you coming back! However; the service and management team style is out of this world! Food—Steak burgers, pulled pork, fish…T-bone, Sirloin, Salmon, Shrimp etc all cooked to perfection. To top it off they know how to keep a refreshing beer, cold!! We have been eating here since it opened and it stays consistent with all positives! Definitely recommend!!

After 20 years of enjoying this restaurant food in El Paso Las Cruces can now enjoy the same thing.
This restaurant has excellent food and the service is fantastic.
Felix is there to make sure that everything goes just as you like it, Shelby was our waitress I would definitely request her services again.
I am not an easy person to provide service to,because I have lots of personal requests and they met everyone.
During the years of service that we had in El Paso we generally went to the same restaurant each time.
We have returned a steak two or three times but they were always happy to make the order right.
We have had parties for 40 people and we have orders for one, services is always great.
Thanks for finally bringing the restaurant to Las Cruces.
Only complaint is that I didn’t see any real advertising for the restaurant. We found out through close friends that it opened.

Sons of Liberty
We went in on 10/11/17. Out of ‘ll the appetizers only sausage bites was available. That 1 out of 6-7 items. Ordered food. Came back said the are out of Filet Mignon. Ordered T-bones. Served steaks then told us my daughter’s meal isn’t ready because they ran out of battered Fish. Re-ordered her food. Came back and told us my son’s burger wasn’t ready because they ran out of bacon. We re-ordered his food. Steaks were all blood rare. We decided to jyst put in to go boxes rather than ask for re-cook. I asked waitress how a manager is allowing this kind of service. She just kept apologizing and telling us how horribly embarrassed she was. So anyway I’m done with this place. Second time and both times the did the missing item stuff. Obviously it’s a pattern.

When we visited this place they were out of soup and had been for 2days. Also ordered dinner salad and even though the menu states the salad dressing choices one being bleu cheese they no longer serve this. A1 sauce was watered down to the point that it actually poured like water and anyone that uses A1 sauce knows that it is thick. Burgers were not served with condiments you had to ask for everything. This will be our last time visiting this establishment. Spent over $50.00 on 2 Ribeye steak burgers and a water and iced tea with a $8.00 tip.

Last night me & my fiance wanted to try this restaurant for the 1st time, showed up at 8:30pm, and doors were locked. If your advertising that you close at 9pm why would doors be locked, so rude! To make matters worse wait staff just sitting at the bar staring at us trying to open door in the cold!

I would not call this a steakhouse; but yes, they do have steaks that r USDA choice grade which is fine with me. They claim their steaks r aged, I disagree. If the steaks r aged, it’s not for very long at all. Does not have the smell, taste nor texture of REAL aged meat. As the name says: Great American STEAK BURGER.
To me a steakhouse is: Ruth’s Chris & The Palm(both of which can b found all over the US), or as in NYC: Delmonico’s, The Old Homestead, Keen’s, Peter Luger’s, et al, steakhouses that have REAL aged meats.
A steakhouse has very good wines. This place does NOT have ANY DECENT or even HALF decent wines, let alone GOOD, wines. All the wines here are GARBAGE, swill. I speak as a retiree from the food & wine industry.
A decent variety on the menu.
The service was very good. I have been coming here since the beginning cuz my buddies love the burgers.
The front of the house crew is constantly changing. Y? My guess is cuz they don’t make much money here, not enough customers. This is also reflected in the cutback of their operating hours.
