Food was supposed to be ready by 8:10. I was there a couple minutes early, but waited til the app said that my food was ready which was 8:11. No food waiting. 1 lady working is helping another customer. I wait on them to finish. I asked if someone took my order. She said she hadn’t made it yet and said she had been busy. I was sure that the person that was in there was only there for a few minutes, but whatever. She said she would make the sandwiches then. I told her that I was going back out to my car and would wait til she got it done. I sat in my car watching while I was pretty sure she was on her cell phone. Did not look like she was doing anything. So I reported her on the app. It had been at least 15 minutes past when I should have had my sandwiches. Someone else walked in. I decided to go in and see if my sandwiches were ready. I waited on her to finish with that customer and asked about my food. She claimed she had customers and didn’t have time. I told her I’d been watching the whole time and there were no customers except the one and she was supposed to make mine before his. I told her I’ve been asked to wait many times when in line for them to make an online order. She said that’s not how it works. She asked if I wanted to speak with a manager. I told her no and that I already reported her. She still called her manager and told him to come right away. I told her I just wanted my sandwiches. She refused to make my sandwiches! I start dialing the police because that’s insane! Then, I decided to wait for the manager. Of course, when the manager gets there, he says that I’m correct. She even claimed to her manager that I cussed her out which I did not do. The manager said he is going to refund my money supposedly and they made my sandwiches (incorrectly of course). Just baffled that she just took a break after she told me she would make my sandwiches. And makes someone else’s sandwiches before mine when they were there in person after me!! I got home 45 minutes after I should have. Crazy!!! Never have I had this bad of customer service here.

We ordered subs online. The sandwiches were done incorrectly… Wrong cheese on both, wrong bread on 1, not toasted so bacon was not cooked properly, .. on and on. No drinks that had been paid for. Took the sandwiches back with the receipt that had the right info. The manager claimed she made the sandwiches and that they were màde correctly when they obviously weren’t. Claimed someone came back for the drinks which did not happen. Was very rude about it and refused to remake the sandwiches and do it correctly. Very expensive sandwiches to not get what you ordered. Won’t be getting my business again anytime soon.

I’m a truck driver so I ordered on the app got my food an left. Now I should’ve checked before I left but I’ve never had a problem with subway well when I finally stop for the night an go to eat both our sandwiches were completely wrong

Dishonest and rude. It’s okay to make a mistake – not okay to lie and not fix your mistake. Manager refused to remake sandwiches because she made them herself and they were “correct”. We were given wheat bread instead of Italian bread on a sandwich. (Other things with the order were wrong as well but to keep the story short and the very obvious “tell” that this wasn’t made correctly.)Took the receipt and sandwich in – not sure how you can argue it was made correctly when the bread is so clearly different.

Manager is dishonest. Lied directly to our faces. Went to pick up an online order for pickup at 12:05pm, and we were 10 minutes late. The manager informed me it was not even made yet. We left and came back approximately 30 minutes later. The manager informed us it was ready for pickup at 12:05. That statement was completely dishonest.i asked the manager who he reported to, and he gave me a first name, but claimed he didn’t know his last name. We left before completely losing our patience. Terrible service, and we will probably never visit this subway again.

Ordered sandwiches for dinner tonight. The order was over 30 minutes late. The toasted sandwiches are cold, soggy, and tough. This is not the first problem we’ve had with this Subway (we’ve had stale bread before, for example). I’d suggest avoiding them.

One pitiful place to eat. One guy cussing to his self while he tries to make Sandwiches by himself, going in circles. Manager went to the back to hide. The little blonde girl asking for you to pay before your order is ready. I think Monkeys could do a better job.

The lettuce as usual for all Subways was white shreds. My main complaint is the music volume and choice. It was louder than background noise. Making conversation impossible. They songs would start and then skip forward to another selection. For three songs it sounded like a male version of Yoko Ono wailing.
