I was having an ok day (a little on the blah side) and decided to treat myself to one of my favorite drinks at Starbucks. From the moment I was greeted at the drive-thru, my entire day brightened up. Grimm (I believe that’s what their name tag said) was so delightful and bubbly, everyone in the car felt like we’d just entered Disney World. Honest! Her bright spirit was just as cheerful and helpful when we arrived at her window. We left feeling SO much lighter and happier (and it wasn’t from our drink, even though that was yummy). She really turned our day around. Thank you, Grimm!

I usually love going here but today the drive thru looked and acted miserable. Told her to have a great day 3 times ignored me gave me my order which is a coffee I order everytime and it was made wrong was bland not sweet separating I don’t know what happened but please do better and get a different person on that window. Miserable people can work on something else.

The worst Starbucks location ever. In need of new employees. My whole order was wrong and Frappuccino came with no whipped cream, wrong lid, and no straw. Was not even offered one. Had to stop at Burger King for a straw after realizing how my passenger was having difficulties enjoying her drink. I’ve had nothing but problems here. Should have gone to target location across the street.

The quality of coffee and service is great. The sitting area is nice, clean, beautiful. The issue I have is it is SO COLD inside. I have a hooded sweatshirt, long pants, socks and I’m freezing. I mentioned it to the staff. They affirmed that it is cold and thanked me for letting them know but it doesn’t seem that they are or can do anything about it. My estimate is it’s probably 65 in here and the AC is blasting away. Really miserable experience and I hope it gets fixed for the future.

Went specifically for the amazing medicine ball which i highly recommend when you its getting a scratchy throat. But while in car line I was intrigued with the eggnog latte PICTURE, was told you no longer carrying it. ♀️
1)If your not carrying “holiday” drinks then the sign needs to come down. Customers dont want to feel stupid…and its not fair to your employees to still offer things on the signage when you aren’t selling that item. Come on Starbucks management
2) Eggnog, creme brulée drinks should still be part of winter menu. I appreciate if your drink had Holiday or Christmas in them…but Eggnog is still available in the grocery stores

I am usually a fan of Starbucks, and was so excited for the Sugar Cookie flavoring to return, but I just ordered it online with extra caramel, extra caramel crunch, and the normal christmas sprinkles, and got no toppings and a little bit of caramel (plus the whip cream was spewing from the top with the little caramel drizzle I had leaking down the side of the cup)! I am not one to normally post a review but this drink is something I have been waiting for since it left and I was just highly disappointed in the presentation (that I paid for) and the slightly different taste of the overall Sugar Cookie!

I went through the drive thru yesterday between 2 and 230. I ordered a chai latte. They gave me a cup of hot milk water. So that sucked. And I was on my way to an appt so I didn’t have time to turn around and return it.

I’ve consistently had issues with this particular Starbucks location. The drinks here taste noticeably different compared to other locations, and the quality is just not the same. Most recently, I paid nearly $20 to have a drink delivered, and it arrived barely filled and mostly ice. For the price, I expect better quality and consistency. Very disappointing experience.
