No. Everything tasted old. A waste of $20. The wings were so hard and inedible. The steak tasted old. The shrimp was the best bite on the plate. The sweet and sour chicken was edible. Eggroll tasted old. I will not return

This is hands down the WORST Chinese food I have ever had. Almost $10 for an order of crab Rangoon that were basically empty and the little bit that was in it tasted legitimately like sour cream and onion dip inside. The food was old and tasted horrible the egg roll was the best part and that was bad. Old and almost too hard to eat. The egg drop soup I didn’t even try because I opened the lid and it smelled like a sweaty locker room. Disgusting. This was a waste of money. I do not recommend anybody coming here. I would not eat here again if it was given to me for free.

A great value!
The number of dishes on the buffet was small and limited to traditional, or standard, items. However, the food was fresh and delicious. It was well worth the price of $7 or so.
Although I didn’t try the salad bar, it also looked fresh.
The two staff members who interacted with me were very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I recently ate dinner here while staying at the Red Roof Inn during a hunting trip. We got there pretty late (about 9:30 pm) so I wasn’t expecting a fully stocked buffet. However, our server was very polite and made sure we were taken care of. One of the cooks came out and asked us what specific things we would like him to cook fresh for us. He came out a second time to make sure we were satisfied. I worked at an Asian buffet while I was in college and my boss was adamant on great customer service and these were the same practices we had. My husband and I were very satisfied. I think people should be more understanding when going to a buffet during hours that are not busy. It would be stupid for them to keep a fully stocked buffet when they can wait and cook it fresh for you. We would definitely go back, the food that we had was cooked fresh and was very tasty.

The steamer tables are smallish but they are constantly refilling them. The owner and staff are all exceedingly nice and friendly. The food itself is tasty. The price is great, $5.99. Well worth going.

The best lo mien and egg rolls I’ve had in 10 years. I’m from the west coast, and haven’t had GOOD Chinese food until I discovered this place. Seems most people here think Taco Bell is the bees knees, so obviously don’t know good food. Clean atmosphere and great service. Now I can have Chinese food more than once a year!!

A little hard to find, but worth checking out for a quick bite. Kowloon is actually in what appears to be the old office/restaurant of the Red Roof Inn. There isn’t much in the way of signage, it’s the stone building nestled into the hotel lot.
Service was excellent. The lunch buffet food was fresh and tasty. There was a decent variety, but more choices would’ve been nice.
For a fast, friendly meal, Kowloon is a winner. It’s not spectacular, it’s affordable quality.

I eat here pretty often. My favorite is the Mongolian Chicken. I order it extra spicy with light oil and it comes out so perfect! I really like that the chicken is actually chicken. It doesn’t look like some gooey mystery meat that you sometimes get at chinese restaurant. It’s really good. One of my fovorite meals for lunch or dinner.

My experience at Kowloon Chinese Restaurant was NOT a good one at all. If you make it to their buffet anytime after 1 p.m. DO NOT expect fresh food because they WILL NOT put any out, so save your money and go some place else if you want FRESH FOOD.

Kowloon’s is the best. The buffet is so good. They are tastier than your average Chinese buffet. The sauce is richer and so much better than anyone else. Fried rice is perfect as well.
