I asked for extra ham and salami on a sandwich. I guess it was the manager, says under her breath to the young lady making my sandwich “don’t put extra on the sandwich”. I confronted her and she said she said that because it would be extra. I said that is fine, but you should head said that to ME. After that she started giving one of the other workers funny looks. I definitely felt disrespected. The sandwich was for my son, but it it had been an order for me I woild have canceled it. My family frequents this Subway on a regular basis, so much so yhat the workers named a sandwich after my son at one point. I think we will take our business to a different Subway. At least I will.

Ordered 2 meals off the subway app and when the food was delivered I was missing a drink and a bag of chips. I called to see about a refund. Unfortunately I dealt with the worst customer service out of Subway around here yet The guy that answered the phone said he was sorry for whatever word them is meaning inconvenience and then when I was speaking to him halfway through the conversation he hands me off of somebody else where I have to repeat myself yet again and then I finally got fed up with it and told them to go ahead and just have their supervisor give me a call and sure enough two days later today I don’t even absolutely no solutions to the problem other than you need to walk in here and pick up the items that you were missing her to get a refund for one I got delivery because I don’t have the transportation to come up there

I recently visited Subway and had a decent experience. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the sandwich. The bread was stale and the sandwich was not toasted as per my request. I also noticed that the sandwich had very few toppings. I hope they can improve the quality of their sandwiches in the future.

On 10/24/21, I placed an order for 4 meals online. Pickup was a breeze and the two associates were AWESOME. Very professional even as they were fulfilling orders. All of our meals were GREAT! I bypass the Subway near my home to go here. Always a GREAT experience.

1 was trained well but shy n sweet the other was not prepared nor did she seem happy with making my food , n her personal headphones falling into the salad was not kool, she immediately stepped back and asked another to make my food . I felt it was highly unprofessional.

The subs here are not bad except that when you put them in the refrigerator there is something about the roles that get rock hard I don’t know what they put in their bread but it’s no good when it comes to eating them later. Outside of that the sandwiches are cheap and they are decent to eat.
