Walked in on my lunch break like I frequently do. The girl who started helping us was courteous and very sweet! However the tall skinny girl with black hair in a high bun was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE not only to us but the VETERAN that came in behind for his Free meal!! Do better Qdoba not sure I’ll frequent this place any longer if this is what happens each time!!

Bar was out of most things that I wanted on my burrito, the rice was hard and crunchy. The girl who made took my order was rude and although she had gloves on, which I didn’t see her pit them on, after handing the utensils for my meat and protein she used her hands to put on the cilantro.

The lady that helped us was so unbelievably rude!! The food was cold it was an awful experience!! They were putting away food to close but it’s 2 hours till coding saying they were out of things.,. I will definitely not be back!!!

The good was okay but for the price I feel like you don’t get much protein so it’s not really worth it if you’re a meat eater like I am. Employees were really nice and efficient and the place was clean and inviting. I doubt I would pay to eat there but I have nothing really against Qdoba, it’s just not for me.

I won a free Qdoba entree card from a campus organization and was told I could use it anywhere. I asked to use it at this location in a normal, polite way and the manager responded in an incredibly rude and condescending way that I couldn’t use it. I asked how I could know which locations it was eligible to be used at, again in a normal way, and she responded by again condescendingly saying “I’m sorry you don’t know that information .” Bizarre way to treat a customer or just another person in general. Food was fine. Other staff provided good service. I won’t be back.
