It was my first time going to Creekside Grill. I had high hopes that everything would turn out well, as maybe this would be my new “go-to” place. I was disappointed.
When I walked up to the window, I said “Hey. How are you today?” I got no response from the lady at the window. She just looked at me. I told her that I had called in an order, and I gave her my name. She grabbed the items, put them into a bag, then told me the total amount due. She said nothing else. I would at least have tried to show a new customer that I was happy they stopped by, but not her. Absolute zero customer service skills. Zip. Nada. I have received warmer welcomes at funeral homes.
Now, let’s talk about the food. For a patty melt and an order of onion rings, the total cost was $18.99. The patty melt, which was on regular size sandwich bread, costs $7.75. That was an okay deal. However, I was appalled to see that I had been charged $10 for onions rings. No, it was not a large ot amount of onion rings. In fact, it was the standard sized amount of onion rings that one would receive most places. They were not fresh. I would estimate that they had been cooked at least two hours before I arrived. I realize that inflation is terrible these days, however this was too much. $18.99 for a just okay sandwich and a regular-sized amount of soggy onion rings does not motivate me to return again. I was very disappointed in the price, quality of the food, and in the service that I received. So this one is going to be a “hard no” in the future.

The service was great and the food was delicious! The pulled pork fries were top notch good! The bacon cheeseburger was juicy and grilled nicely. I’m a picky person when it comes to both pork and burgers but I will be back to enjoy both of these tasty meals!

Normally this place is great! Lately I’ve been getting half of my portions of salad. It used to be filled with the dressing on top of the box. The past couple months I’m getting half the salad and the dressing is put inside the box. The only thing I did was take out the dressing from inside the box and it’s only half a salad. I understand that food prices are higher and creek side already raised their prices to accommodate their portions. I love this salad, but I will not be buying from them anymore. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. I paid good money for this salad. It’s just not worth it. Sorry creekside. When you start distributing the amount that is suppose to be I will buy again.

They have some of the best hamburgers and hotdogs. They are pretty fast too, I’ve actually waited longer at Mickey D’s and Sonic than I have here. The prices are very good and affordable.

No dining room. Drive through saved me during covid. Best fried fish around and onion rings. I have had no issues with food. Poor Jimmy, sorry for his experience. Some of the employees are better than others frying fish but the seasoning is so good.

Great food! Gumbo was really good. My daughter gets the shrimp poboy and onion rings and she loves it!

I’ve ordered most everything on the menu. I enjoyed everything except the roast beef poboy. I don’t care for the sliced roast beef at all and I don’t like that the poboy bun is cut all the way through. The onion rings are great!

Everything I’ve gotten from here has been really good. The Philly Cheese steak is amazing. It usually takes about 7 minutes for the food to get done, but it’s real food so that’s to be expected. Nice people run it, and I’d recommend for anytime

First off, 8 inch is not a poboy. This evening we had 2 “poboys” and they were terrible. Threw the roast beef away. The catfish was alright at best. Two 8 inch “poboys” and a large fry for $32.00. Never again. Hard pass.
