This is a simple concept done perfectly. My dad, sister and I ordered three regular bowls (which are quite large!) and really enjoyed our food. It isn’t fancy – spicy teriyaki chicken for sis and me, and orange chicken for Dad – but it’s very fresh and flavorful. We got takeout, but the restaurant looks clean and welcoming. We’ll eat here again for sure.

Tried this place out for lunch today after wanting to try for a while. Upon arrival you can tell the dining room is clearly well kept and clean. The worker at the front counter was extremely knowledgeable and was going above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The wait was under five minutes and the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I tried the classic grilled chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies since it was my first time and it did not disappoint! The chicken was tender and perfectly grilled, the rice was the perfect texture and the veggies were just right. If you are a fan of crab rangoon you must try them- they are the best crab rangoon I’ve ever had. The server/front worker went above and beyond even after ordering by asking if I needed anything before starting my meal, checking that everything tasted good during my meal and ended with offering a to-go bag as I was leaving with my leftover bowl. If you’ve been thinking about coming and would like to taste some amazing food and experience amazing service in a clean environment then I’m not sure what you’re waiting on!

Even if the experience is not the greatest, because people have bad days and I get that… They always go above and beyond to make everything right. They really do care about people. They have good quality food, a clean restaurant, and willingness to listen and be a part of the community!

You may strain your neck to read the menu, but the food was delicious. The spicy tofu teriyaki bowl was fantastic and the vegetables were fresh. I would come back to get it again.

Ordered, then 3 guys came in 10min later and ordered, their 3 orders came out before our, still waited another 15min. I could have went and sat down and ordered a steak the same amount of time it took to cook a chicken breast. Definitely wont be back.

We loved the place on our first experience. Service was good. I got the teriyaki chicken breast with noodles, no veggies and my husband got the regular teriyaki chicken breast with fried rice and veggies. We were either very hungry after shopping or it was just that delicious! I LOVE that it’s made to order and I don’t have to pick around the veggies! There is an option for no veggies. I think the teriyaki flavor is so much better than Panda Express. Yes, it’s a little more expensive, but we think it’s worth it, as long as the quality stays consistent. If not, I will update. Oh, and bathrooms were pristine! I use them frequently, so this I can appreciate.

Finally got around to trying this new place. Well… new to us. We dont usually do large chains.. but .moving back we had fond memories of the st louis mall location from our childhood and we decided to try it out. The food is exspensive.. and I dont say that lightly. Im willing to pay for experience.. quality and service.. the bowl was large.. but it just seemed so mediocre.. my noodle bowl was full of liquid.. I know its supposed to be saucy.. but it wasn’t supposed to be like a ramen bowl.. the food was ok.. but it didnt justify the price in my opinion.. also the service was lacking.. the cashier didnt seem like she wanted to be there.. I know you can’t expect much with young kids at the register.. but she was hiding her phone from the service line in plain view of the dine in guests.. she also was touching her face.. hair.. then proceeded to bag food.. when touching a phone, face or hair you are supposed to wash your hands.. I know she was only touching Togo items.. but it should be the standard.. The atmosphere was modern and fresh.. but it definetly felt like it was designed to be in a food court.. it did have outside patio… but I digress. We will try again to see if its better.. but it being a chain just tells you it will always be mediocre and the same.

It was good, but more expensive than Panda Express. 1 regular bowl and a drink was over $17.00 It didn’t have enough vegetables in it. I ended up with a stomach illness after eating there.
