Ordered 12 pieces of chicken (all white meat). Got home there was only 6 pieces of chicken (3 breasts and 3 wings). I called back to KFC spoke to a young lady told her about my order, the young lady stated that I can come back to pick up the rest of the order. I told the young lady that I would come back the next day at 12 to pick the rest of the chicken. I go back the next day which was last Saturday to pick up the chicken, I explained to the young lady about my order so the lady filled my order. When I got back the order was not filled correctly as it should have had 6 breasts and 6 wings. The order only had 2 breasts and 2 wings. I called back the young lady stated that there was a lot of young people working. She stated that I could come back and get the 2 pieces of chicken or get a refund. I explained to the young that I lived too far to drive back for 2 pieces of chicken or a refund. Y’all need to check behind your workers to make sure the orders are correct. Especially if this is from an order that was messed up from the start. I will not be going back there again!!

Horrible experience. My macaroni was dry and burnt. My french fries were so hard they couldn’t be eaten. And they didn’t give my son his drink. My sons macaroni was fine.

Ordered 3 piece white meat , 3 piece tenders . $23. Got home with two thighs and a wing, 3 old inedible tenders, hard rolls, cold fries! Only thing that was good was the cole slaw. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this time my food was terrible! I paid $23 for coleslaw and drinks basically and my wife had to eat bologna sandwiches! I usually check my food before I leave the store but they did good the last few times so I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and it didn’t go well! The gentleman that rings me up was very polite though, but that’s not enough to keep my business. C’mon KFC, in this bad economy folks deserve better.

prices are more expensive than other local KFC’s we were told that they are not corporate and that’s why their prices are more expensive than what showed online. We ordered the 8 piece chicken meal for 32.78 and the chicken was absolutely horrible. We returned everything for a refund it was so bad. Customer service was okay but lacking. Except for the manager who I spoke to in returning the food he was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere was absolutely less than pleasant because as you’re going up to the window to order your food smelt like pure sewage.

I go to KFC all the time. This store is by far one of the worst stores I have ever been to. I ordered the new sandwich and behold they are out of mayonnaise, twin no fries either. To top it off the cashier was more concerned with texting on his phone then anything, he was ride and then tried to take a nap at the register while waiting for the order. Then the food was horrible, our sandwich was poorly made and looked like a sandwich for a kid, 2 tiny little pieces of chicken, light sauce and nothing else. Wow, I am stunned on how you sell this gor that price but yet I wouldnt offer it to my kids. You need to fix that store. Bad people bad service and food looks terrible.

They are good servers, their food just sucks! On ANY given day, the food is not fresh, NEVER complete or some explanation of why they can’t fulfill your order. Unless you want some old food, just keep driving to the next location.

I have went to this location 5 times in 3 weeks and only ordered food ONCE which was last night. Every time I go here they are out of chicken which I can never understand among many other things to the point of me pulling out of the drive through and going elsewhere. I’m never asked to wait for fresh chicken; I’m constantly told they are OUT.
FINALLY get a chicken combo last night to now be told they were out of all carbonated drinks. Fine. But when I get home… my mac and cheese was literal scraps. Burnt pieces to the point of being black. I took a picture because I almost thought it was a bug!
This place overall is disgusting in many ways but I feel the need to point out the fact that an employee found it necessary to pull her gloves off with her mouth then serve our food to us. Please believe I will drive 45 minutes to another KFC before I come back. Tired of wasting my money and time.
