This location gets 5 stars for my drink today. Fast delivery to the counter (I always order inside) and it was put together well – tight lid, hot beverage sleeve thingy, and no spills and stuff on the outside of the cup (hate that)
The team was working really well together but the line OUT THE DOOR did not show that today.

i go here regularly in the morning due to its close proximity to my work. the last couple weeks, the espresso has been absolutely disgusting. you can tell the machine isnt being rinsed or cleaned in between cups because the coffee is being burnt. my cups are not anywhere close to being full anymore and most of the staff has horrible attitudes. there are a few that are great but i never know what time is a good time to go anymore. i know i can always ask for my drink to be remade, but they generally behave unprofessionally when you request a remake. i wont be using this location ever again and will be sure to stop somewhere closer to home as i head into work. the last latte i ordered from them yesterday is attached in the pictures. i hadnt drank any of it yet and you can tell its not made right just by looking at it. really insane that i was even hander this. if youre charging 6-7 a drink and your staff is so miserable theyre treating customers like trash and making drinks wrong with no care in the world, something is wrong with your management.

I’m a regular at this Starbucks and usually enjoy coming here, but I’ve noticed a consistent issue with product availability. About half the time, key items like plant‑based milks, vegetarian sandwiches, green tea, and black tea are out of stock. This is especially true on the weekends.
It makes it hard to order my usual drink or food, and I wanted to share this in case it helps with planning and inventory. I really do like this location, and I’d love to see more consistency so I can keep enjoying the things I come here for.

I ordered thru mobile pick-up. The staff never bothered to ask if Im waiting for my order depsite me standing in front of the sign “mobile pick up” and everybody else who ordered from the register was all gone and the store only had 3 people left (2 of them was sitting). I had to ask if they got my order and that’s the only time they took notice that I was waiting. My coffee was on the other side of the machine and he had to look for it. So much for enjoying a colder coffee.

Arrived 6:10a. One other car. Does anyone at Starbucks think this coffee, which is closer to white than brown, is light cream? At $6+ for a cup of coffee, Starbucks has become very easy to just drive by. ••Management•• no needed to give me a canned answer about having it remade. I know the drill.

I just witnessed the nastiest interaction with a food order from a Starbucks Manager in Anne Arundel County, MD at approximately 11am today. So I visited the Hanover, MD location and walked inside to grab a quick coffee & breakfast wrap.
As I was waiting for my order, a customer entered with her sandwich in hand and spoke to the manager about her sandwich ordered on the app.
She said that it was incorrect and he then took the sandwich and placed it on the counter where other outgoing orders were being placed. He continued to fill other orders and disregarded the returned food that he accepted. Then about 3 minutes later, another worker grabbed the returned sandwich and took it to the drive though and placed it next to the register.
I could not look away at what I just witnessed. I then asked the male was he the Manager at which time he stated yes and I then asked him if this behavior was their policy. I told him that I saw him take the sandwich from the customer who returned it, then he lay it on the counter and the next worker take it over to drive through…..he said to me, “Oh, thank you for letting me know”……
That’s enough “Meh” for me for one day….he doesn’t need to service the public anymore and that location needs a health inspector!!
Oh my God….WHaaaaaaaaat are you doing STARBUCKS??
This is a health violation!!!!

Great customer service. Never had someone ask me questions as they made my order ingredient by ingredient. Very particular. She made me feel like I was at a 4star dine-in restaurant. I loved it bc I’m very particular about my foods especially about my Caramel Ribbon Frappuccino w/all my extra.

Order more milk on your Friday truck since you apparently dont get one Saturday & Sunday & so you don’t run out by Sunday.. it doesn’t expire that fast and you run out every week.. make it make sense. You use it in every drink, Keep it stocked? I truly hate coming to this location, I’d almost rather run my errands 20 minutes from home just to stop at a better Starbucks location.

Lately, I’ve been so busy that I hardly have any time to take care of myself. Even while having a cup of coffee, I’m working and studying at the same time, feeling completely drained.
One day at this location, I accidentally spilled my coffee everywhere. In that moment, Gary, a staff member here, kindly told me it was okay and helped me with such warmth and patience.
It was the first time in a long while that I felt such genuine kindness. Having an employee like Gary truly makes your service team remarkable and memorable.

Not a great location. Parking was not designed well. They accept mobile pickup orders, but sometimes they’ll close the front door and not let customers in and make you wait in drive thru, which itself is always wrapped around the poorly designed parking lot.
