You will never increase your score. Everyone is huddled around talking. They’re very attentive to the workers that want to be served. Everyone else is on a “how they’re feeling bases”. The business will not survive and it can do better

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I politely asked for a smaller portion because we don’t eat much and didn’t want to pay for food that would go to waste, which is why we chose pasta. Instead of accommodating a reasonable request, the staff reacted with irritation and were extremely rude and disrespectful. A simple adjustment turned into an uncomfortable situation. Management should seriously consider retraining or changing the staff.

The pastas are sold by weight, and unfortunately didn’t have much flavour.
Tried the spaghetti & meatballs and it tasted like plain tomato sauce.
It’s too bad because this place can be a step above the regular fast food chains found at this service stop. If they increased the quality of the food and service they’d have most of the customers that stop here.

These were the rudest people I have encountered in awhile. I don’t expect you to be so friendly but damn you can atleast say, “how may I help you!” Or something like that!! Dude was watching me with that mask on, I should of left then. I stood there for atleast 10 seconds waiting on him to say something, nothing.. I broke the silence and ask for a slice of pizza.. smh this is beyond the worst!! I thought it was me but after seeing the reviews… yall are about to be out of business if you guys don’t do something about your staff!! Ridiculous!!!!!

Hi, I’m 10 years old, my dad bought me and my brother pizza from here. So trust me when I say this: even the pizza at school lunch is way better than this. The crust tasted like someone baked cardboard and said, “Yep, that’s bread now.” The cheese was so oily I thought I needed a mop, and somehow it was also watery like pizza soup.
If this pizza were free, I’d still ask for my money back. I’d rather eat cafeteria broccoli (and that’s saying something). It looked suspiciously like my dad’s feet, which is not what I want on a plate. Across the whole universe, this might be the most “what even is this?” pizza ever created.
If you’re hungry, just skip this and go for Wendys in the same building… its gonna be a wait though…loooong line!

The service sucks, the employees seem to have no desire to work today, they treated us badly, the pizzas looked like stones with a little tomato sauce, but nothing worse than the bad behavior and lack of respect of the employees, avoid coming to this place, if you are hungry better wait a little and find another place where they treat you well for what they pay
