I went in because the next door was completely full. This Wendy’s had a weird smell inside. The service was fast. The burger was a lot smaller than what I saw in the picture. Fries were decent. The people who worked there were very friendly and helpful.

I came in really hungry and ordered chicken nuggets and a Dave’s Double without the bun. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The nuggets were dried out, rubbery, and cold. The burger was even worse — the tomato had white patches on both sides, which looked spoiled. I tried to set the tomato aside and take a bite of the burger, but I was so grossed out I had to spit it out and throw the whole thing away.

I’ve never had this problem at any other Wendy’s location, so this was very surprising and disappointing. I know I should have gone back in for a refund, but I struggle with social anxiety and was worried about causing a scene. I will never go back to this location and implore others to exercise caution eating here.

Never have I ever had such a bad experience at a Wendy’s beforeCashier rang up my food wring. Burgers and nuggets were old and cold. Store in general was dirty. Girl who was making sandwiches was outside and we waited 25 mins after we ordered our food for her to come back in to make our food. She was on her phone while making our food and only wearing one glove. We dissatisfied with the service and the food. We were there about 10pm after leaving the emergency room. Don’t think we will be returning to this store again. There was an employee sitting in the dinning room drinking a Truly, put it in a Wendy’s cup and went back to work. Disgusting! Thank you Binghamton Wendy’s for such horrible food and service!

The worst I’ve ever seen and had in my life we waited 25 minutes for our food which was not correct or corrected. while the employees were out smoking weed and drinking truly alcohol then had the audacity to make our food with the same gloves they wore outside. Food is terrible and cold that my cheese didn’t melt on my burger smh and burnt chicken nuggets and that are hard and really old asked for new food was refused and now that I spent 30 bucks and can’t get anything in return this is pathetic of what we have to deal with when it comes to fast food and for what they get paid to do this horrible service. Thanks Wendy’s in Binghamton maybe they should learn to clean their store and learn some respect and really learn how to run a store properly where’s a grown up when needed. Most definitely won’t ever come back to this place ever again.

The Afternoon Message
Service is subpar along with the normal wait. Despite previous rudeness of management it is the fact that the bacon on my baconator was hardly crispy that seal for me. In most regards it was all around soft. When I order a baconator I want it crispy. If I wanted my pork soft I’d just eat some juicy loins.

Drive thru service is terrible. There’s been hair in my food not once, but twice. I ask for a certain sauce, they’re sending sauce I never asked for. Im not sure if the staff not speaking English is causing language barriers and difficulties making orders correctly, but I will not be back.

Terrible service. First they messed up my order after I asked repeatedly for no cheese on my burger. Then when I try calling their phone they just let it ring and go to voicemail so I can’t even complain to a manager. Numerous times they’ve messed up my order and refuse to ever make it right. Absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.

Decided to go through the drive-thru for some quick dinner after a long day at work paid nearly $50 worth of food and got half of it the order was not correct the order was being rushed as it was being placed I tried picking in the bags to try to make sure everything was in there but the bag was so small and everything was crammed in there and there were people behind us and we didn’t realize until we got home that half of our food was missing definitely will not be going back to this place ever again. I don’t like to put businesses on blast because I get it things happen but there was nobody else in front of us or behind us for a while and we waited for longer than 10 minutes for our food
