Ordered online like i usually do, i had ordered the south west salad for myself with extra chicken and what i received was disappointing to say the least. They had forgotten 1/2 of the ingredients as well and the extra chicken. I am extremely disappointed with this service as up until now it had been great. For $15 ($3 added charge for extra chicken) you think you would get what you paid for

The best chicken Caesar wrap I’ve ever had!
Service is fast and the people are very nice. A lady even came by and offered to refill our drinks, which she did. The ice tea is great!!

I tried the Memphian, and it was everything a hearty deli sandwich should be—thick, soft bread piled high with tender roast beef, turkey, ham, and melted Swiss cheese, all complemented by fresh lettuce, tomato, and a touch of mayo and brown mustard. If you’re looking for a place where the food not only looks great but delivers on taste, McAlister’s Deli is a solid choice.

Food is good and the tea/lemonade is great. Service is mediocre especially if you want more lemonade that they keep guarded behind their counter. Apparently they don’t trust customers with lemonade as they do the rest of the drinks. 2 adults, 2 kids, so 4 sandwiches, 4 sides, and 4 drinks was $70 for lunch. Did not meet my reasonable expectations for that price.

We had gone there for dinner. We’re vegetarians and were happy to see clearly labelled vegetarian dishes in the menu. There are vegetarian options in the soups, sandwiches and spuds. I opted for a chilli veg soup, veggie spuds (two large baked potatoes loaded with Spinach, broccoli, cheese and peppers) and a lemonade. Food was fresh, tasty and of great quality. The place was clean and the staff were polite and friendly.

Chicken salad sandwich was terrible! Chicken salad was puréed like mush, couldn’t even taste any chicken. The sandwich was wrapped so tightly it flattened the croissant. I ordered a bowl of soup and wasn’t given a spoon. Next time I’ll go to Panera across the street.

Unfortunately, I didn’t not have an enjoyable experience at this restaurant today. We had a party of 4 and approximately 6-8 people in front of us at the register. Our order was taken in under 5 minutes but we waited over 1/2 hour for 3 of our 4 orders to be delivered. The cashier didn’t enter an order correctly and a few minutes after the 3 meals were delivered an employee asked us what the 4th order was. We explained what was missed and another 5 minutes later, a totally different meal was brought out to our table. We spoke to the manager and were told since our order was sent back, we needed to accept what was delivered, though it was wrong. A 20% tip was added when the orders were placed and the service was unorganized and unprofessional. I cannot fathom that a business like this will be open very long, given the choices in Holland. I will not be going back to this establishment!

The food is so fresh and substantial. Prices are a little higher than some other fast food options but it’s worth it for the quality. The super giant baked potatoes can feed a person for two days!

The atmosphere is clean and accessible to all. The food is amazing. Love their salad, soups and sandwiches. Highly recommend the Savannah choose salad and their club sandwich. The staff is friendly, welcoming and knows their products.

Well Ive ordered food 2 times from this place. The food is mid at best not worth the cost. Staff or management is incompetent because both to-go orders have had missing sides. Maybe they cant make food cost and short customers intentionally. Will probably never go back. Its a pass there are better places to eat.
