I ordered a matcha oat milk w/ cream foam, however, it didnt taste matcha at all, and i would just call it a milky drink. Besides, staff didnt attempt to make contact when I stepped in, though there was only another customer in the shop.

The person who took our order was friendly. Once you pay the cashier will make your order right then and there. There was a long wait but there were a lot of people ordering ahead of us.
Unfortunately, we weren’t big fans of our drinks. I ordered a mango passionfruit green tea with an lychee jelly topping. I thought it was just okay- the best part was the jelly. My friend ordered the Jamaica (iced). Hers was also just okay. We both agreed that we wouldn’t order either one of the drinks we had again.
There’s a cute decorated corner in the restaurant where you can take a nice photo.
There is currently no dine in and unfortunately no places to sit outside in the plaza other than at other businesses.

My daughter and I come here fairly often on our way home from running errands. We both really like boba tea, (though after learning how to make it myself, I can’t stand the soggy, weird tasting boba pearls from restaurants anymore.) My daughter will order boba teas, and I just order regular teas. On our last visit, I ordered the White Tiger, and my daughter ordered the Brown Tiger. Both were great, but the Brown Tiger is addictively good! The brown sugar smoothies they used to have were really good too. Their coffees are surprisingly good as well. I do wish that they opened earlier. You’d think a place serving tea and coffee would be open when most people are having tea and coffee.. In the morning. Instead, they don’t open until closer to lunchtime. I also wish they served food. Pastries and baked goods would be nice, even some premade packaged food would be better than what they have now, which is nothing. I’ve never seen more than 2 people working there at once, which is fine, except for when they get slammed with customers. The workers have all been relatively nice. No one has had a particularly bad attitude, but they’re definitely not as nice and friendly as workers from Starbucks.

I got the honey dew milk tea with boba and egg pudding. It was delicious. The boba was soft and chewy and the egg pudding was nicely firm and soft enough to get into the straw. The place is clean and has a nice vibe.

Great service. Walked in , no one inside but the employees. Was greeted when I walked in perfect timing, gave order then they started to get busy. Like wow, they were fast getting orders and getting there drinks to them as I keft. Awesome ❤️

The last three times they did NOT have boba, and the lady working there has a terrible attitude, she is rude, she doesn’t care and she looks so bothered when you ask questions. I called before I went and nobody answered, I asked her and she said she disconnected.

Walked in and waited for drinks for half an hour. Watched people get here after us and get served first. Had to wait to even place an order when nobody was here because the employee was behind the back. Do not recommend. Would leave negative stars if possible.

Came here since I was visiting from out of state. The girls working on 8/13 morning shift were too busy to acknowledge us, since they were on their cellphone and admiring one of the girls nails. I even let them know we were ready and it took them a moment to turn and acknowledge us. The drink I got was not worth the money spent. I rather not return. You guys should work on customer service.
