In the endless Suburban Hell of Saratoga Springs, this is its only solitude. A worker, I think his name was Kupir, helped me out a ton. The food was amazing, and the seats and tables were well kept. I would recommend stopping here and getting a sandwich!

Terrible experience at this location. 2 guys both with long hair, 1 brown hair and 1 with black hair, neither wearing hair nets and as a result I got a long black hair right ontop my sub and didn’t even bother to say anything because there was a decent line and I didn’t want to ruin it for everyone there. They also kept denying everyone the herb bread saying it wasn’t ready when we could all clearly see it on the rack behind them. Also kept denying people ability to add or change things to the sub they ordered saying “that’s not how it comes”??? Since when can we not add other veggies or sauces to ANY sub??? Awful location.

If only I could leave zero stars. This subway is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to. I first ordered a Spinach chicken wrap, but they’re out of Spinach. So I said okay tomato wrap, We’re out of all wraps. Okay give me a chicken sandwhich, the kid gives me a blank awkward stare as if I didn’t say anything. So then I say again a chicken sandwich It doesn’t matter what kind. Then I ask for a few more condiments and surprisingly they’re out. Then I asked twice for the chicken warmed up and he put it in the microwave and when I got it the chicken was cold as if the microwave didn’t work. I would have went in and threw it on the table if I wasn’t already in my car running late. DONT COME HERE.

I had an incredibly disappointing and upsetting experience at this location. An elderly Hispanic woman in front of me was trying to order more than one sandwich, and the employee behind the counter was not only extremely slow but also noticeably rude to her. She was polite and patient, but he repeatedly told her that he “had to save the rest of his bread for other customers” even though she was the last one in line. It felt like an excuse to limit her order for no good reason.
When she asked to add some condiments to her sandwich, he abruptly cut her off and said, “No, sorry, that’s just how they come,” without offering any explanation or alternatives.
Customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their age, background, or how many sandwiches they want to buy. No one should be made to feel like a burden or like they’re asking for too much.

Gross!! The chicken looked so funky! It wasn’t like the other locations chicken. It was dark and weird looking, it had huge bones in it. When I investigated further it had a long black hair in it! I’m gagging! Too bad I took it home before I saw this, waste of money!

That guy doesn’t listened me about ordering those food and I told him I’m deaf and he keep talking to me like hearing , I asked him to write down or texting to communicate. He keep talking to me. Also he tried to ripping me off with salad. He got us small protein bowl instead of salad bowl . I told him that is not salad bowl and he said yes it is salad bowl as protein bowl. No manager there . Good thing I didn’t buy it because of his attitude.

We went this afternoon to celebrate the new years! This girl was working all alone . Her name is Jessica and she was AMAZING! Took my order , gave suggestions! So kind such a dear tender soul.
