Wildchild Taco located in Hey Day Market on Auburn University’s Campus, is a Southern California street taco concept inspired by Chef Brian Paolina’s (Lucy’s Auburn) rambunctious years growing up there as a “hell-raising” teen. Complementing his knack for elevating classic dishes at the modern American eatery, Lucy’s, Paolina is always tapping into his roots to create ingredient driven, California-inspired cuisine, but his youth was heavily influenced by Latino and Mexican cuisine and tacos are where he feels the most at home.
