Legit I will never use this location after today. This is the 3rd time I have ordered in the app and got to the location and NO ONE IS HERE !! I wait for 20-30 mins legit and no one shows up. I already paid via app and cannot get a refund so I’m just screwed out of a $7 drink.

Always go here or the one up on Merrits creek. This one is hit or miss depending on whos making it. Went there this morning and paid 5 dollars for a venti pink drink that was not full and tasted awful. Definitely avoiding this one for a while.

I visited Starbucks on a busy Saturday afternoon, and although they were out of popping boba, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The barista went above and beyond, crafting the best Dragonfruit Refresher I’ve ever had. It was absolutely delicious—refreshing and perfectly balanced. Despite the crowd, she was impressively quick, efficient, and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout. Her exceptional service made my visit all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed to hear the barista tell an older gentleman, an employee of Krogers “ please don’t make me do a pour over” and the dude leaving disappointed because she dumped the drip coffee early too. All this 40 minute before close time. Very disappointing.

I had a venti hot mocha and it was well prepared. They also gave me a pup cup for my puppy and I thought it was a very cute idea. It was just a small plastic cup of whipped cream but my puppy loved it.

Wanted a coffee while shopping young lady rolled her eyes when we walked up then said the machines were self cleaning and she didn’t know if that would affect our drink. Then when she tried to ring us up she couldn’t find the drink so we had to just leave. Super disappointing.

I.ordered a decaf Frappuccino and the girl made it normal and I asked her 3 times if it was decaf an she said yea and it wasn’t. Within 30 mins I started feeling sick and heart started racing and palpation and I was sick for rest of the day an night and all day next day and the next , so 3 days it took to feel back to myself .Plus prices is crazy and sizes are a joke they give you a small for price for venti and I think it should be made to do it right and stop cheating people.I will go to a normal regular Starbucks for now on.

My favorite drink is the seasonal Juniper Latte . They can make it any way you want it. They have a vast selection, and their coffee is always good. You can personalize your drinks anyway you want to. They have a couple of locations in Barboursville: in the Mall, in Kroger, and in the Pet Co. Shopping center.
