Great food! The ribs are amazingly tender. The brisket is wonderful. The staff is very kind, accommodating and personable. Highly recommend this place. FYI, they are open Friday and Saturdays only, but worth it.

Excellent brisket and beans. Brisket nachos were amazing. BBQ sauce was sweet, peppery, spicy, and tasty. Owner Brock is welcoming and makes everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend for anyone driving between Bonham and Melissa on 121.

If you’re anywhere near this BBQ trailer, do yourself a favor and stop immediately. This place is serving up some of the best brisket I’ve had in a long time—tender, smoky, and full of flavor without needing any sauce (but the sauce is great, too). You can tell they put serious time and care into their smoking process.
The bacon wrapped jalapeños? Absolute perfection. Roasted just right with that fresh kick—spicy enough to wake you up, but not enough to knock you out. And don’t even get me started on the sausages—snappy casings, juicy inside, and seasoned just right. Every bite is a reminder of what Texas BBQ is supposed to taste like.
Friendly service, generous portions, and the kind of smell that makes you hungry all over again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful bbq and pie. The sides were definitely a hit, very flavorful and original. Good sauce, nice smoke ring on Brisket and good snap on the jalapeños chedder sausage. Trenton has a gem. Nicest owner too.

Amazing food in a super-casual setting. The smoker is right there on site, and it’s basically a food truck with a nice covered eating area. The prices were very reasonable for a lot of food. The mac and cheese and the grilled poppers were wonderful. Well worth a hop off the highway. Oh, and dog-friendly, too, so great if you are traveling with the pups.

Made the 45 min drive up here based on the reviews & was not disappointed. Very tasty brisket! The sausage and bacon/green beans were spot too. Will definitely be back to try more from Brock soon.
