Only had 4 options for food. Ended up getting grill cheese sandwiches for kids. $5 each for a basic sandwich with cheese in the middle that wasn’t melted and even worse cold. We specifically asked for toasted grill cheese sandwiches. Asked for sugar in tea, tea arrived with 0 sugar. Super long wait and terrible service and terrible food. Eat somewhere else

Coffee was meh but we went there for the Ghost pepper donuts and ended up with pretty good breakfast sandwiches and service too!!

We tried to order on the kiosks and kept getting an error message. We tried both kiosks 2 times and tried to order on the website all receiving the same error. The employees were reluctant to take the order in person despite the inability to order any other way.
After they finally took the order, the order was messed up. We ordered munchkins (25: 15 glazed and 10 blueberry) and received 15 glazed and 10 chocolate. There was still blueberry in the case. We also ordered a wake up breakfast with bacon but received one without bacon.
This location is extremely crowded in the morning and is set up very poorly to handle it. Their system does not track their limited inventory so it is extremely common to order somthing they don’t have. So common that the employees were making announcements to everyone ordering to check the donut case behind all the employees to make sure they have what you want to order.
I would avoid grabbing anything from this location as it will probably take 20-30 min and you’re just going to be disappointed anyways!

Bought some coffee and donuts here. The coffee is watered down and not worth $4. The donut case had fruit flies flying around and found one on my chocolate donut after I sat down in the lobby. The gentleman helping me could barely speak a lick of English. The point of sale does not take cash, which SUCKS! Make the trip locally to get a better cup of coffee.

The first morning we were there the tablets weren’t working for a while when they first opened. The second morning they got my drink order wrong and then gave me the wrong drinks back again when I went back to fix it. You’re better off getting your coffee somewhere else. It will be faster and less hassle.

Ordered from here two days in a row and both days the order was wrong. Ordered an everything bagel sandwich the first day and received a croissant sandwich. Ordered the everything bagel sandwich again the 2nd day hoping it would be correct this time. Both of our sandwiches had the wrong cheese. American cheese instead of white cheddar. The hashbrowns were soggy and black instead of crispy and golden brown. This isn’t rocket science. Guests spend a lot of money to stay here. You could at least provide better service than a strip mall food court.
