We have been regulars for years. I order two to three times a week. The staff are very nice but this past month, the quality of the pizza has gone downhill. This is the 5th order that the pizza did not even look like it was going to be good. I dont know what happened with cutting pizza even but it’s like whoever is making the pizza dont care anymore. Small slices to jumbo sizes. The cinnamon dessert tonight was not even the quantity that is advertised and we always get. I knew when I grabbed the box it was not right. I am hoping someone will address these problems and get back on track. This is my go to location but if this keeps happening, I will have to stop ordering here.

On today, 7/22/24 My husband placed an order for a large pizza and when coming home, the pizza was burnt! I mean a large burnt circle in the middle of the pizza. What’s sad is that, it isn’t like it wasn’t noticeable as you are placing it in the box. Nothing about the pizza was salvageable. To actually box it and expect a family to eat that is truly a smack in the face. My husband called the location and they said they would remake it. More time that is being taken away from our children to eat. This time the new pizza didnt have a burnt center but yet burnt throughout the entire pizza. When asked for the manager, he said “what’up” to my husband and he told him and he needed to talk to him. The manager continued to prep food and not stop to settle a concern from a customer. Or he could of stated I will be with you in just a moment. My husband just grabbed the pizza and left due to the fact he was upset and didnt want to escalate things. We are truly disappointed in the product and the lack of customer care that was shown.

We just moved to Raleigh. This was our first order from this location. It will more than likely be the last one. The pizza was so so at best. We could barely see the topics. I am still not sure if we had any feta for example. There was one slice of mushroom on almost each slice of pizza. So, when you look at the pictures as you select your topics, be advised that you are getting may be 10% (at best) of what you see on the pictures.
Domino’s pizza was really good where we lived prior to moving here. The pizza was tasty and it contained plenty of topics. Sadly, I cannot say the same about pizza from this location.
In summary, if you would like to enjoy your pizza, order it from somewhere else.

Got the 5.99 each special with pizza. Still was 20 with delivery. This was unacceptable. This is an couple of pieces of meat on bread. When you buy this at normal price it is much fuller. Its clear they are cutting corners. Back to local pizza shop.

Came in ordered ,used the bathroom and left came back around 10 minutes later and the cashier told me “oh good you’re back because I wanted to tell you with all due respect mam ,you made a complete mess of our bathroom.”he said I left it so bad and when I mentioned it could have been someone who came in after me he said that it had to be me because the door is code locked as if many other employees werent also there and could have opened it for other customers or themselvesls. it’s so unprofessional to try to reprimand a customer and bring it up(even if I had done that ,which I didnt) to the customer .he made it seem like he walked in on a massacre .Idk if he’s referring to the toilet not wanting to flush all the way or what but that was humiliating.i apologized anyways because he kept talking about it and I was embarrassed cuz there was other customers around .he said it’s ok just next time clean up after yourself cuz that was really bad and then just proceeded to ask me what my order was. I have never been told by any establishment ,store or person that I have left a mess . idk if he’s a clean freak and says that to customers often but I find it very rude .

Please don’t get the brooklyn style pizza. It is soggy and my pepperoni was under cooked. Making it terrible I just threw the whole pizza out. I was told that they will give me a $15 credit attached to my number next time I ordered. Welp, I just did and they told me it is not on file. So they just gave me some bulljive. I will never order or recommend dominos pizza to anyone ever again.

Pizza was good but save your money and do not order the wings…. BBQ wings was basically undercooked fried wings with bbq sauce drizzled sloppily on top… quite disappointing!
