We ordered from Cottage Inn for the first time since we moved here on New Year’s Eve going into 2026. We were craving pizza but wanted something new… we’re so glad we did. Not only was it significantly cheaper than other pizza places near us, but it’s the kind if pizza that’s good fresh and good reheated. We’ll be repeat customers for sure.

Walked in didnt get greeted. Both employees looked at me and walked to the back. When i paid i couldnt understand the lady. Then she pointed to the pop cooler and I said I didn’t order a pop. I ordered lite sauce on My pizza. definitely had a normal amount of sauce. The thin crust was horrible. I used to work at a cottage Inn pizza place when I was a teenager and wanted to try it again. Never again will I go back waste of money.

I was so excited driving home and noticed there was a Cottage Inn nearby. I decided to walk right in and take advantage of their $24.99 special for two large pizzas — one gourmet pizza and one large one-topping. The customer service was great. Everyone had smiling faces and genuinely seemed to value both their job and their customers. I felt extremely taken care of and appreciated the kindness.
I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch for the first time, and it was delicious — fresh, cheesy, and loaded with chicken and bacon. The only reason for the 4 stars is that I personally prefer the chicken cut into smaller, more tender pieces when biting into the pizza. Other than that, everything was perfect.
I’ll definitely be coming back… and ordering extra ranch next time!

I’ve ordered from here many times, and it’s always delicious! The pizza is fresh with a generous amount of toppings. The breadsticks are soft and buttery, and the cream cheese dip is amazing. The staff is super friendly — they even upgraded my pizza to a large once! Highly recommend this place! Thank you Cottage Inn for another great pizza night!

Was happy to hear Cottage Inn was back in Macomb Township as they were always one of our favorites. I must say tho before they left their prices were getting a little steep for a pizza. I was happy to see the new one on Hayes with reasonable pricing so we gave them a try again. Their deep dish chicken bacon ranch pizza was amazing! Well cooked, big pieces of chicken, fresh mushrooms & bacon, and the ranch sauce was excellent. It’s hard to find a good white sauce pizza & id say this is the best one around!

So, I haven’t ordered from this place in over a year because I had a bad experience with poor customer service and an extremely long delivery time last time I ordered ( at that time, the people answering, the phones clearly needed some extra training). . I decided tonight to give them another try and wow, this place has GREATLY. Improved. My food delivery was early by 25 minutes. My pizza was delicious and photo worthy. Loaded with toppings and nice and hot. There was a nice note written on the top of the box and the delivery person handed me a delivery punchcard for future orders to get a discount. It is clear that much effort has been made to greatly improve the customer service. Based on tonight‘s experience, I will absolutely order again, and soon. Great job !!!

It was our first time having Cottage Inn and we were blown away! We got the hot honey chicken gourmet pizza and a pineapple pizza and both were amazing!! I was especially a HUGE fan of the hot honey chicken! Even the cheese bread was amazing too! Very friendly staff too! We found our new favorite pizza place! Absolutely delicious
