The workers are very slow and not very interested in helping. I ordered a acacia bowl, like I have from so many other places. It was completely frozen. There was no way you were going to get to eat this. Disappointing. I was hoping having one close to the house would be nice and it would be if they made it right.

I am so hurt. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla online and it was little to no cheese on the quesadilla and only four pieces of chicken . I tried calling, but no answer. This is horrible. I am very disappointed…and hungry. The two smoothies were also bitter. What happened?

Food is always great. Service could be a bit better, but maybe it was because there were a lot of customers in the store. I had to fix the toilet in the women’s bathroom because it wouldn’t flush. Other than that, no issues.

Management talks terrible to the employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional….the energy in the building literally gave me anxiety! Terrible atmosphere. The food definitely wasn’t worth the uncomfortable feeling I felt walking in there. Won’t be back

I’ve visited this location several times, and unfortunately, the experience is consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as unprofessional and lacking basic customer service skills. Orders are frequently incorrect or sloppily prepared—when I order a wrap, it’s usually tossed onto a tortilla and barely wrapped, as if done with no care or attention.
The atmosphere feels rushed and inattentive, and many of the employees seem disengaged or indifferent toward the customers. There’s a noticeable lack of training, which reflects in both the service and food presentation. That said, I have encountered a few team members with a better attitude and effort, which is appreciated—but they’re the exception rather than the rule.
The only reason I continue to visit is the convenience of grabbing a low-calorie meal with a protein shake, but the overall experience leaves a lot to be desired. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training, customer service, and consistency in food preparation

Three strike outs in one month, we’re done! have been coming to this location for the last three years and was usually satisfied until now. Three visits in 1 month with less than poor service. three weeks ago went in for smoothies and Chicken pesto. Got smoothies and watched as our pesto’s sat on the prep counter while the three girls were gossiping and laughing until I asked them to please finish our order. Last week we came in and ordered two Mango Monsoons and when they arrived divided up in four kids cups. We were advised they had run out of large cups and that was why they were in the kids cups. That might be something you want to let the customer know in advance. Then come to today and we walked in and walked to the register. we were not greeted at all. The girl at the smoothie area was talking to a young Hispanic girl in the food prep station. She then walked right by us not acknowledging us at all to where the Hispanic girl was. She continued her personal conversation, laughing with the other girl until my wife said, hello can we get some service? The girl then came to the register and stated , what do you want, still looking back toward the other girl? My wife ordered Two Mango Monsoons and paid for them. When the girl brought one out, my wife advised that she had asked for two. She stated well, I only rang one up so I need to ring up another one and walked to the register. I told the girl that’s why you needed to be paying attention to a customer while they order, at which point she smirked and looked back towards the back again. I told my wife, forget it, I didn’t want the smoothie now. I told the girl I wanted to speak to the manager and she went back and spoke with the now two girls in the back area. A young lady then came out and advised that she was the manager. I advised her of what had just transpired and she had little response. I asked her if the owner was there and she said she had just left and wouldn’t be back until tomorrow. I advised that I would leave my name and number and wanted the owner to call me back, which I did. I then asked for the owners name and was given Jennifer. I asked for the young lady’s name that had said she was the manager and she gave me a name, which I spelled out asking if that was correct. She advise no it was not and I asked her to spell it for me, which she responded, no its fine the way you got it. We then left advising that I will expect a call from the owner. Either way this is the last visit to Tropical Smoothie of Albertville. This from a minimum of three time a month customer!

This store is hit or miss. It will either be really good, with at least decent service or better, or you get terrible Service and messed up orders. They also close early which is extremely annoying. Want to get out before 9? Then say you close at 8:40. Don’t have a site that lies saying 9, then someone says “we’re closed” at 8:40 with an attitude as if we were at fault. Half of the time they don’t tell you price when you order and mess up my sandwiches as well. When I ask for no tomato for my Turkey bacon sandwich they usually ignore it. Overall good food usually , but usually terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind employees being rude or messing up orders

terrible service, I went into this store trying to get a smoothie, 8 workers are in the store. Not 1 of them would look up at me. Not 1 of them said a word to me.not 1 of them even acknowledge me even being there! Is the only way to get service here by ordering online? I’ve never experienced a tropical smoothie like this and I will definitely NOT return. Maybe seek out personable employees nice employees.and fire the ones you have.

Jennifer is extremely rude and condescending. Every time I order something, the customer service is terrible. And if I don’t tip at the DRIVE THRU, I get the window slammed in my face. This should be addressed. I’m sorry you hate your job, Jennifer.
