Finding proper Katsu curry here in Huntsville is. Well. Let’s just say a bit of a challenge.
Aki has the best I’ve found here so far. Loaded with Chicken Katsu, super flavourful and overall delicious.
Our waiter was very friendly but also super quick! He was ready to take our order as quickly as possible

One of the cleanest restaurants in Huntsville! Ramen was awesome as is warm and comforting kinda awesome! My husband had sushi and the tuna and shrimp were fresh, ingredients was spot on. Best sushi in Huntsville by far. Not overly priced for the quality of food and service provided, not even close.

A good option for when your family is hungry and maybe you’re wearing sweatpants at dinner time. Maybe you’re in that, not too fancy strip-mall diner with decent food on plastic plates, kind of mood.
My child enjoys everything tempura, the made to order avocado sushi roll, clear broth soup, karaage (fried chicken dark meat bites), the crab rangoon is sweet and cream cheesy. I like the freshness of the poke bowl and the avocado salad, and if they’ll go lighter on the sweet sauce, the hibachi salmon is another good option.
The decor is getting a little worn (especially the curtain near the restrooms) and slightly cluttered looking, that probably needs some attention to attract new customers…but the place is always relatively clean.

While the interior is not the greatest the food is amazing. The miso soup was really flavorful. I opted for the steak and chicken hibachi and that was good. Friendly service! But don’t take my word for it come see for yourself. Later foodies!

I am a huge fan of their ramen. I want to try the sushi but every time I see the ramen on the menu I have to get a bowl. The broth is amazing and definitely real pork bone broth. The pork itself is seared perfectly. All the ramen toppings are arranged nicely and are also very tasty. The yum yum sauce is addictive and I can easily put away a whole chicken hibachi plate. Staff is always friendly and attentive.

First time here. Evelina provided great customer service. Kind and Very attentive. I ordered off their lunch specials menu. The steak teriyaki with the fried rice was delicious as well as the ginger salad and vegetable medley with broccoli. I also ordered the egg roll. It was ok but sauce was great. Bathroom was good. Recommend and will return.

Overall good experience and value. Definitely stick to the food items in the name. The sushi and ramen and teas were all great. The steak fried rice was extremely bland and tough so I would avoid any of the hibachi style meals

I have been going to Aki with my roommates at least once a week for well over a year. Aki is the best restaurant in Huntsville. I’ve tried nearly everything on their menu and it has all blown me away. The staff knows us and our typical orders, the service is great, food comes fast but is so fresh. If you like this type of food, this is the perfect restaurant for it. I could go on and on about how incredible Aki is, but I’ll leave it at that.

My first time trying Aki and I must say the food was amazing! We had the Gyu Don, Oyako Don, the Philadelphia Roll, and Green Apple tea. We were not disappointed! The server was very friendly and attentive. The menu has a nice variety of items, many I have not seen on other menus throughout the Huntsville area. The restaurant was very clean. The tables were spaced out for safety. We will definitely be back!
