This is the only full restaurant in the airport. The service was a little slow but it looked like they were short staffed. The food was good and they had plenty of seating.

3.5-5 Other than North Pole Coffee this seemed to be the better choice. Shared breakfast with my partner and it was sufficient, got full but not overly full! It’s a bit odd that you have to order at the bar then get your dish take to the table and if you want something you gotta get back up to ask for it at the bar. I did notice the guy next to us order the same thing but he got more eggs and hash browns… LOL am I that girl, yes I am! (missing a star, work on portions) overall the service was ok – had to wait for the waitress for a cool min who was having breakfast in the back and came out with her mouth full! (Missing Star)

Cute airport restaurant with very limited staffing and menu options late at night. The sign at the entrance says seat yourself but no one tells you that for food and drinks you need to wait in line at the bar. I seated myself at a table and waited 10 minutes for a server before I saw the line of guests waiting to order at the bar. I then waited in line and found out that all that was left were fried menu items which did not include the Reindeer Chili Cheese Fries because they were out of chili.

Worst experience of my life. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and unwanted until I stepped foot in there. Sign says seat yourself which I did. Sat there for 15-20 mins and no one acknowledged me at all. MANAGER looked my dead in my eyes and walked away. Servers walked passed me 8 TIMES ! 8 TIMES AND DIDNT SAY A WORD. Not even a I’ll be right with you, literally walked right passed me. Even the other customers around noticed. This is literally the only restaurant in the whole airport so that’s why I was forced to get food there because I had a long overnight flight coming and again this is the only place to buy actual food. RACIST vibes !! The staff and the restaurant itself needs to be investigated. You should treat all races and colors the same. Not treat African American customers the way they do. Horrible would not recommend. Ended up getting up from my table to go to the bar because no one ever served me. Then she gets mad because I’m not getting a drink? Like seriously ? Well get the staff together. Needless to say after maybe 45 to an hour I get my food. And it wasn’t disgusting and not even worth the money.

We were in Fairbanks for a week, and we ate this before our flight home. It was one of the best meals we had the entire time. Food tasted extremely fresh. I had the turkey sandwich with pub chips and my fiancé had the pepperoni flatbread pizza. Both were so delicious. Our waiter was the bartender, and we still had exceptional service despite how busy the bar was. I would highly recommend.

Was waiting for my flight on 11 Jul around 9pm. Ordered 1 beer from the bar tender that said she lives in Miami (taller blonde woman) and comes there to work the summer. Paid for the beer and gave a 20% tip. When the transaction hit my account, the ~$12 bill turned into $40+. Keep your receipt until your bill is posted, someone at the bar is stealing money from customers. Be safe and pay with cash
