I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service at this Dunkin’ really needs attention. There’s a shorter woman with dark hair who’s incredibly rude and unprofessional. She constantly complains about cooking and makes nasty comments about customers, including calling people fat for ordering food. I know this because I was one of the people she said it to. That’s completely unacceptable and embarrassing for anyone just trying to grab something to eat.
Another girl who was working was really kind and actually apologized for the other woman’s behavior, which I appreciated. It’s not her fault, but it says a lot when another employee has to step in and make up for someone else’s attitude. Management should definitely take this seriously.

Coffees made wrong, ordered 2 ice coffees one medium one small both made regular w a swirl. The small was just coffee and the swirl. Both not blended. Barely any ice. Nasty. Will not be back. Also no bathroom.

Worst coffee ever I would give it no stars if I could. Aromas is way better… the only reason I went to dunks is because my kid works there making like 15 or 16 bucks after I convinced him to get a job!!! Sorry not sorry but I love my ajs!

It’s a Dunkin inside a convenience store. My orders are always correct and it’s pretty quick. The woman who helped me order went above and beyond and helped me figure out how to put cash oh my kids Dunkin app which frankly was bothering me for a while so thanks.

Ordered hot chocolate and donuts and the employee didn’t hear the last donut ordered. So he gave my daughter her donut for free but no only that but also gave her a second one for free. Such a delight and breathe if fresh air to know that there are still kind people in this world. Her excited made him smile from ear to ear. Not only did he make my daughter day but I think she made his day as well with her excitement

I love Nutfield. They have orders out within minutes and get everything right without fail every time even if it’s busy. I have never had a bad coffee from Nutfield. Big props to the employees!!

Just left this Dunkin’ Donuts unfortunately I forgot to get the employees name but 9/3/2019 @ 4:50. Every time I’ve gone to this Dunks the employees have been great but this one in particular was one of the happiest/friendliest people I’ve ever come across. Thank you for brightening up my day. This world would be a better place with more people like her in it! Again, thank you!
