I rented a room at The Landing Hilton hotel for a so called Mascarade Ball New Years Eve party on December 31, 2025. Scheduled for 8pm but didnt start until 830p. Recieved a full security check down. Just to find no seating for guests. Appitizers offered for 1hr only. But no seating to enjoy appitizers or rest these sexy heels i wore with our lavish ball room gear lol. They had reserved seating only, which was not offered in ticket sales. So we decided to return to our hotel room that we rented for this specific event and come back later to ring in the New Years that we paid full price for, and was told no re-entry if we leave! Now I’m feeling like we are on lock down at a standing room only event that was not noted in the ticket sales!!! The Landing Hilton hotel should be ashamed to allow such a sad event at their hotel. Most of the patrons are dressed to the T in ballroom gowns and all, are complaining and feeling stuck at this New Years Eve event. Nobody is dancing or happy with this outcome!

Ths establishment truly nailed the assignment. Outstanding grown-folk chill vibe experience. The music (live local bands) are unmatched, rooftop lounge/poolside view = aesthetically pleasing, the food (especially sweet chili wings)=fresh & flavorful, the happy hour drink specials were on point, and the service & overall energy was just dope. Definitely a win for the grown & classy culture. This spot is a much needed venue for this area.

Hi, we purchased a six person vip for this event, under the original flyer which advertised an appearance by Bobby shmurda. Come to find out that bobby shmurda will not be present anymore. upon reaching out ro the concerning parties for a refund. It was explained that the section can not be refunded. As a result of this we decided to just attend anyway since we already paid and pretty much dont have a choice. Now as a vip ticket holder we recently received a message stating there is now a two bottle minimum purchase due to a “sell out” which is not true because tickets are still being sold as im writing this. My grievance is basically where’s the compensation or attempt to fin d some sort of resolve, if not some sort of comp bottle. A discount on the bottles something? Not even so much as an apology though

I heard about all the great experiences about the Monroe rooftop and I couldn’t wait to visit! My first time was this past weekend and the good reviews I’ve heard were an understatement! Let’s start off the ambiance.., very welcoming, when I reached the actually rooftop the beautiful aesthetics was something that jumped out.. The music was grown and sexy, some ole school classics like reggae and new school had me two stepping… okay, let’s get to the food… smoked lemon pepper wings were the bomb, those crab cakes must’ve been chef kissed lol and even enjoyed the chicken sandwich and I’m not a huge fan of pepper Jack cheese! But we all know food and atmosphere can be great but the customer service and professionalism was the icing on the cake! Everyone was attentive to our party and those waitresses worked the room! So yes, Monroe gets an five star review from me(a person that is big on ambiance) and I will be visiting the next time I’m in town!

Friendly staff, well made drinks, and great service. We went after work to enjoy the ambiance and have a few drinks, but learned it is geared towards a younger crowd (less than 30) and not an after work social or family friendly environment. We could barely have a conversation as the DJ kept turning the volume of the music up and only played one genre of music.
