This location in Loxahatchee is a filthy mess, food was everywhere. I did ask the manager to come out after waiting about 10 minutes. Not 1 employee greeted or even acknowledged the customer’s waiting. The employees all said they just got there, including the manager. Westlake Chipotle is disgusting, all the pans of food are mixed together. I don’t think the food is safe to eat today. I was told to get out from the women in the picture, if I don’t like what I see. When you have kids running your business, this is what you get!!

This place is horrible. The staff was extremely rude. I came in after working a 12-hour shift, expecting some kindness and a decent meal, but that wasn’t the experience at all. The woman preparing my food was smacking her gum the entire time and chewing with her mouth open, which was very unprofessional. On top of that, I was overcharged. I ordered a simple bowl and ended up paying $26. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

Been in her 3 times. Each time, the place is a mess! Food on the table and greasy stuff on the chairs. There’s never a clean place to sit. As for the service, I give it a one star. Sooo slow!! 8 people in line when i got there. One lady on the food line who didn’t care that we all stood there waiting and waiting and waiting! And another on the register, what’s up with that? Today there were No napkins! People used nakins from next door! As you can see in the picture, there was hardly and fruit drinks. And what the heck is up with the rice? Was it made 2 days ago? Gross! It had hard clumpslike it was over cooked and old. Thumbs down for this Chipotle!! I’m not coming back! Bad management!!

Stopped by the Chipotle in Westlake and had a great experience all around. The restaurant was clean, bright, and well-run, and the staff moved the line efficiently without rushing anyone. My bowl was fresh, generously portioned, and exactly how I ordered it — you can tell the ingredients were just prepped.
Plenty of seating inside and outside, which is a big plus, and the whole place had a relaxed, organized vibe. Consistent quality, friendly service, and a solid spot whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or sitting down for a bit. This location is doing it right.

I’ve ordered from this Chipotle location twice, and unfortunately both experiences were bad.
The first time, my bowl didn’t have any meat even though I clearly ordered it with meat. I also ordered chips and guacamole, but the chips were missing. By the time I realized, I couldn’t go back because I had guests at home and wasn’t going to leave again.
Today was my second try, and it wasn’t better. This time my bowl had an excessive amount of rice and very little of the other ingredients, completely unbalanced.
Two orders, two disappointing experiences. I really hope this location improves their quality control and attention to orders.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION
I keep giving this location second and third chances to make an online order correct and they skimp our bowls every single time! I asked for extra toppings and I don’t even get a regular serving. And even if you report it online they won’t make it right anymore.
They also have a Skeleton crew working at all times so understaffed and they can’t even make the food correct.
You would think it’s coming out of their check to give you extra rice.

Normally I don’t write reviews but tonight was one of my worst experiences with this chipotle. It was with one employee who I have constantly had an issue with when it comes to making my food. The gentlemen is scraping the remainder of white rice that was in the container (which was nothing), rather then just getting a new one. Then he proceeds to put a half scoop of chicken followed by a half scoop of all the other toppings, which are free. Such as the corn, pico, cheese, and lettuce. Meanwhile he is talking to the customers behind me about random stuff instead of focusing on my bowl. At the end of everything, I paid, left and when arriving home I didn’t have my sour cream on the side like I asked, as it wasn’t there at all, even though I told the gentlemen twice to do so for me. When eating my bowl it wasn’t even filled up to the top of the bowl, but rather halfway, extremely underwhelming. Me and my brother have been coming to this location since its opening and every time we are served by this one guy, it had always been an underwhelming bowl, that leaves us wanting to just get a refund.
